Not only was Jud unwilling to allow his service staff to help a customer with an ongoing, documented, recorded problem, but he was too "busy" to pick up the phone and explain to me voice to voice. He had no problem delegating a courageous conversation to one of his subordinates, Chris. I not only will never purchase from Dick Scott again, I will not purchase from Chrysler/Dodge/RAM/JEEP. This dealership (with the exception of Jillian) has no integrity and is as progressive in the industry as it's sad, dimly lit, incredibly outdated showroom. More
