I brought my new 2020 Gladiator in for its 1st oil change. The lounge is only aloud 1 person at a time. So as I'm sitting in the cold garage. Female employee stomps on the breaks, sliding a foot on change. The lounge is only aloud 1 person at a time. So as I'm sitting in the cold garage. Female employee stomps on the breaks, sliding a foot on the garage floor. Granted the floor was a bit wet. Within a minute a guy hops in, as the Gladiator is started its shifted into gear. Than squawks the tires leaving the garage to go to another garage. Now I'm left Wondering how its going to be treated when I'm not there to see it. I don't think I'll be driving 30 minutes from Lansing for service here again. I brought it here because it's where I bought it from. Jim was my sales guy and he was awesome. Guess not everyone takes the same pride in there work as Jim! More
