Been a long time Ram customer of this dealership. Past 2 years had a couple bad experiences with service dept but when looking for another Ram called my saleman (Rick Tavormina). Went for a visit and test d years had a couple bad experiences with service dept but when looking for another Ram called my saleman (Rick Tavormina). Went for a visit and test drive but had to walk away as prices were up a bit. Rick never stopped trying and in 2 days not only had THE Ram I wanted but at a deal I could afford. I've gotten my last 3 with Rick and he is ALWAYS courteous, hardworking, and honest at what he can do for you. Does he try to make money? Of course....its his job!! But, he will cut where he can to make you satisfied. As for the service dept??....Rick assured me if I ever have a bad experiance again...call him. Thanks Rick. Its my belief you went above and beyond. See you in 3 years I hope!!! More
Nelson is direct, friendly and professional. He will go the extra mile to determine an answer. The paperwork Ryan presented had inconsistencies between the various documents. Worst experience buying a car ever! We found the truck we wanted online and were driving 5 1/2 hours from West Virginia to buy the truck. Due to our work schedules we were unable to go any day except Saturda wanted online and were driving 5 1/2 hours from West Virginia to buy the truck. Due to our work schedules we were unable to go any day except Saturday. The deal should have been taken care of prior to us getting there and all the information was given to Bill, our salesman, on Friday. He was upset we were coming so close to closing, and made no secret about it. He calls us when we are halfway there and tells us they may not be able to take our trade because he never verified the day before the loan with our bank. We asked to only have our credit run through Ally and were assured that would be the case, however, we were run through multiple banks. The way they ended up structuring the deal cost us $1000 more in taxes. We arrived at 2 (when their last signing appointment was as we were told), and the paperwork wasn’t ready. We waited 45 minutes and Ryan, the finance guy, was horrible to us. We were informed of having the pay $1000 extra in taxes and when we agreed (which was only because we had driven so far), he proceeded to look at his watch the entire time and visibly roll his eyes at my husband as he read the paperwork before signing. They needed the taxes that day because a “third party company” was supposedly required to take care of all title work. Then contacts us a week and half later and sent us the title because their third party company was so behind. We have bought many cars out of state because we internet shop and have NEVER been treated as though we were inconveniencing them by coming so far. We will NEVER spend another dollar at this dealership. More
The entire process was very easy. They went out of their way to find a vehicle which suit my needs, in the time frame which I needed it. way to find a vehicle which suit my needs, in the time frame which I needed it. More
Wouldn’t go to another place even though it is a distance away. Haven’t in over ten years. Secured a new car for my daughter after an unexpected accident. I did not get my "best Shot". The Sale during was excellent, after the sale though things went sideways fast. I had negotiated floormats into the deal. I was told by Rick that he said he would try. I excellent, after the sale though things went sideways fast. I had negotiated floormats into the deal. I was told by Rick that he said he would try. I was generic floor mats not made for my vehicle. I had to repeatedly ask for a car fax for the Jeep I just bought. It was finally emailed to me. Dick Scott held the final payment for too long on my old vehicle and I was contacted by my old car's lien holder that I owed more money on the car from interest. (which I had to pay). I was also promised a chance to take my new Jeep out on their off road test track. That has yet to be scheduled and has not been brought up. I have not received the title yet , I have had the jeep for almost a month. Since purchasing the vehicle I had noticed a few small items I wanted to have looked at, I called the Dick Scott service department to make a appointment, I was told by the service attendant that I would get a call back to schedule the appointment. I never received a call. Communicating with Rick and Dick Scott since the deal has been poor at best having to leave messages and multiple text messages to try and get answers. After several messages back and forth from Rick, I decided it was best to not continue my relationship with Dick Scott. I stood firm on my view points and toward the end of the conversation I feel that Rick new I was upset and stopped trying to make my experience better. I had bought 3 cars from Rick and Dick Scott in the past 2 years and need a 4th here in December. I won't be buying from Dick Scott again. More
This was my first visit to this dealership. I've noticed it over the years as I'd seen it from I-96, especially w/the Jeep parked on top of their "hill". I was surprised to see how large a dealership they w it over the years as I'd seen it from I-96, especially w/the Jeep parked on top of their "hill". I was surprised to see how large a dealership they were, vehicles all over the place. After dealing w/ two other dealerships in Lansing, one of which gave me the "run around", Dick Scott dealership caught my attention w/ just one phone call. The salesman, Cypher, did his job and I paid my first dealership visit w/ check in hand. I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler, he kept me informed on the progress of the build and it was delivered in a timely manner. Cypher explained all the details of this "newfangled" vehicle, a little more complicated than my 2016 Wrangler. A follow up call a day or two after delivery was also a nice touch. I appreciate working w/ a "no xx" dealer. More

2 Very bad service experiences with this dealership. First one was a recall work that we were instructed by Chrysler to go to them and that we would be given a rental car but it wreaked of smoke. The se First one was a recall work that we were instructed by Chrysler to go to them and that we would be given a rental car but it wreaked of smoke. The second time we were charged for 2 hours to do a simple check engine light and I only approved for 1 hour. When we asked to talk to the service tech as to why, we were instructed they were too busy to talk to us and that they would call us later that day. Still haven't gotten that call. We decided to not have them do the repair because the estimate was $1,300 and we could not afford it. I did some research and the part only cost $400 from Mopar and that the estimated hours to install is 1 to 2 at the most so by my calculations that would be a cost of about $650. I have reached out to another local dealership and have been given a $700 estimate to do the work. I decided to contact with Mr. Scott to see if he wanted to make this right. He asked me to send him an email with all the data I have and 2 weeks later I have not received any response to my issues. Therefore, I am under the impression that Mr. Scott doesn't care if they loose a few customers. I will make sure that anyone that asks me for my opinion will be told to stay far away. I will also investigate what I need to do to hold them accountable for the extra hour $125 that I was over charged to begin with. More
