We are a return customer for Dick Scott, and have had the same experience each time - friendly, courteous and helpful staff (sales, finance and service) who go out of their way to make the customer happy. The sales staff had to search to find the vehicle we wanted for one of our new car purchases, while they had exactly what we wanted on the lot for another purchase. There was no difference in the sales person's attitude either time, just a "we will make you happy" approach. More
