My only comment would be on number of emails and phone calls regarding your next scheduled service appointment. One or two emails should be sufficient but include the sevice that is being provided. Don Harley was great to work with. I told him what I wanted and 1 day later... he had the Jeep ready to go for me. I traded in my old jeep and it went very smooth. The jeep was exactly what I wanted. I got the car I needed at a great price with excellent service. The sales person was warm and friendly and seemed genuinly concerned about my needs. I had trouble with my caliber's transmission and was told by Lansing area dealerships that nothing could be done. Your dealership helped out instantly.
