Dick Scott Motor Mall in Fowlerville is where I bought my jeep new in 2008 and I have been taking it back to them since then for routine maintenance and service work. I am accustomed to doing as much of the work on my vehicles as I can and with this vehicle I started out using the dealer for oil changes(very reasonable price)and three years later I still use them. The staff is friendly and recognize me when I come in, we have conversations about things you would talk to friends about. Scot and Roy have been very attentive to my needs and concerns and have taken care of these in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in their services from purchasing new vehicles to having service or body work done. More

Jeff Ruth was the salesman that I had the bad luck of getting when I purchased my new minivan. He did not know his vehicle and what options came in what convenience packages. He showed me a list of optio getting when I purchased my new minivan. He did not know his vehicle and what options came in what convenience packages. He showed me a list of options and told me the one I wanted was included on the vehicle I bought. When my wife came in to learn about using the features of the vehicle he did not know what some of them did. On top of that he was very rude and tried to blame the issue on me because I did not notice the option was missing when I looked at a similar van. Beware if Jeff is your salesman, know the vehicle you are buying and make sure you know what packages the features you want are included in, because Jeff Ruth will not know. More
