I have NEVER been to a dealership and had such a spectacular experience!! I live almost 2 hours away from this dealership but after just 2 or 3 conversations on the phone with Jeff Ruth, I pretty mu spectacular experience!! Everything went so smooth, and upon our arrival, everything was prepared. There was no waiting, no hang-ups..NOTHING!! it was awesome. We were treated so well, and in fact we had our 2 year old daughter with us and she was easily entertained by the "kiddie corner". Decked out with toys, books and a small table, again, never had that before. My overall experiance with Dick Scott Motor Mall and Jeff Ruth was the best I have ever had. Dick Scott Motor Mall in Fowlerville is where I bought my jeep new in 2008 and I have been taking it back to them since then for routine maintenance and service work. I am accustomed to doing as much of the work on my vehicles as I can and with this vehicle I started out using the dealer for oil changes(very reasonable price)and three years later I still use them. The staff is friendly and recognize me when I come in, we have conversations about things you would talk to friends about. Scot and Roy have been very attentive to my needs and concerns and have taken care of these in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in their services from purchasing new vehicles to having service or body work done. More
