Just bought a truck here. 2021 limited 1500 eco diesel with only 35k miles on it. Took me over 2 hours to get there. When I looked under the truck there is oil all over the under of the truck in front of the engine that it's pathetic. Looking at the car fax of this truck dick scott is responsible for all the oil changes this truck has had which only had a couple since it's only 35k miles in and it seems the owner only brought it there. Now I'm forced to take it to a dealer near me and probably be out of a vehicle for the next week or two or who knows. How sad. The experience was ok there. No oil change was performed when I left there which I was told they don't do them on a used vehicle? First time on that or they didn't want to do it because they know what's lurking underneath the truck...who knows. I'm sure the dealer will just give me the general review comment they seem to give everyone from jud scott. Now after looking at the numerous bad reviews of this dealer for service now I'm scared of this vehicle and if it's in good shape. I know it's used but a 1500 with a diesel at 35k miles....I have a wrangler with the same engine hitting 60k miles and it NEVER misses a beat More

Terrible service. My 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee had to be towed to the dealership for service on Sunday for my Monday morning appt. This is my only vehicle. They did not “find the problem “ until Tuesday at which time they said a part had to be ordered , delivered on Wednesday. They called saying it was fixed on Wednesday. I did not get it out of the service before it quit working again. it is now Thursday. They have not repaired yet. I am beside myself. Made an appointment to have my wife’s 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee looked at for a clicking sound heard at low speeds. After four days I inquired about the diagnosis and was advised via text that they would get back to me in the next day or two at the latest. I waited another four days and texted again asking the diagnosis and did not receive a text back. The next day I called and was advised that they had just finished an engine job and will move me to the top of the list. Why take my car if you can’t work on it for 9 days? Communication would be nice. If you don’t have time to do it just tell me that, why make an appointment to just have my car sit there. I won’t be going back there again. More
