Everytime we take our minivan into Dick Scott we end up with another problem or the orginal problem not being fixed. We were supposed to take our van on a road trip but had to rent a car because the van ca with another problem or the orginal problem not being fixed. Poor results from last purchase of tires I recently came in to Dick Scott for an oil change/tire rotation and asked that a slow leak be looked for as my tire gauge light has been coming on qu I recently came in to Dick Scott for an oil change/tire rotation and asked that a slow leak be looked for as my tire gauge light has been coming on quite frequently and filling the tires does not keep it off for long. They could find no problem. The problem continued, so I took it in to a Goodyear dealer and they told me the tires had tire rot and needed to be replaced, noting that the tires were 4 years old. I stated that the tires were purchased (at Dick Scott) in 2018, not 2016, so they showed me the manufacturers date on the tires, 2016. . They noted that if tires sat on shelf for 2 years before I purchased them, that would explain the tire rot. This was the second problem I have had with the 2018 tire purchase. Shortly after the purchase, my wife and kids drove out to Muskegon and had to take car in because of the way it was handling. They took it in to a Chrysler dealer out there, who determined that the lug nuts had not been fully tightened. When I reported this to Dick Scott service manager, he denied responsibility as in his opinion the car had traveled too far after the tire purchase to have been the result of their labor. He did give me a credit for the cost of repairs. the More

Solid job done Brought car in for warranty servicing. The initial assessment didn't make sense, but fortunately, once I asked to speak to the Service Manager, the is Brought car in for warranty servicing. Responsive when called, but they are a bit overwhelmed right now (at least they could see me - I called another dealer and they couldn't see me for another week). More
