Took my 2010 van in for a rattle in sliding driver's side door and also for regular maintenance. Picked up van and found dirty carpet and door still had an intermittent rattle on trip home. He had the carpet cleaned when we returned from test drive. Joe Prokes also requested that I go directly to him if I had any further door issues. I believe any car dealer can and will have problems. I'm updating my review due to the fact that I had outstanding service on my last visit to Dick Scott Dodge for an ongoing brake problem that I had multiple visits to the service department for. Whil outstanding service on my last visit to Dick Scott Dodge for an ongoing brake problem that I had multiple visits to the service department for. While it did take months before finally resolving the problem by replacing brake pads, rotors, and actually tearing apart the entire braking system to inspect it, clean it up including a little normal rust that was occuring, and putting it back together, I'm thrilled that this has finally been done and now my personal time won't be taken up so much by Dick Scott service time. I received top-notch service and now Dick Scott Dodge's service department is starting to get my trust back - thank you Joe! More
Was not happy with what I was originaly told by Darrell. That a previous repair done by Fox Hills and butchered was not of his concern. A $750. repair to fix their screwup was on Me. After leasing a Dodge Journey I expereienced two mechanical issues. The first was a "ticking" sound in the engine. After that, my vehicle developed a "squealing" noise. Joe and his staff kept me mechanical issues. The first was a "ticking" sound in the engine. After that, my vehicle developed a "squealing" noise. Joe and his staff kept me informed on the status of the work and also provided for a rental vehicle while my car was in for repair. The ticking noise required Joe and his staff to work in conjunction with the Chrysler engineers. Needless to say the vehicle could not be repaired the "same day" but was completed in a reasonable time frame when considering the nature of the repairs. There was a forty page bulletin in regard to the squealing noise my vehicle was making. I have not had a recurrence of either issue since receiving my vehicle back from the service department.(in late November). More
