I have returned to get my car serviced a number of times and have found the service staff to be courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Also, the new showroom, service area and waiting room they have just completed is great. My previous car was a Chrysler Pacifica and it was a great vehicle which is why I came back to Chrysler/Dodge. It was the perfect 7 passenger vehicle with all the amenities that anyone could want (or even need). Great dealership, great people, friendly and an excellent new showroom. More
Their mechanics are worse than the back yard mechanics. They re-mounted the bottom portion of the bottom molding using screws after drilling holes in the bottom of my van instead of replacing broken plasti They re-mounted the bottom portion of the bottom molding using screws after drilling holes in the bottom of my van instead of replacing broken plastic studs. Immagine the corrosion in these areas within short period of time. Also, they used low quality brakes pads that my Aluminum wheel rims get very dirty every very few days because of the amount of dust coming from these cheap brakes pads that they installed without even explaining to me nore giving me the choice to choose the quality I want to go with. In addition, my white leather driver seat and my steering wheel were very dirty that I had to clean them using wet wipes befor I left the dealership parking lot. Same thing with the inside of the driver door that look that one of their backyard mechanics kicked it by his/her foot/work boot and not even bother to clean it. When I said that their mechanics are worse than the back yard mechanics, I said that because of the experience I my self went through with them not because someone told me this story about them. More
Darrell Scott was friendly, professional and very courteous. He made the service process for an oil change and replacement of a rear turn light indicator very easy. Used Dick Scott Collision to repair my 2010 PT Cruiser. (Some ditz backed into me.) I took it in, they ordered parts, received them the next day, and had it repaired overnight. My trip to Dick Scott's auto dealership was to assess and repair damage to under carrage panels, located beneath the engine bay, on my 2005 Dodge Magnum. The shop manager, Rick, quickly noted the problem ar repair damage to under carrage panels, located beneath the engine bay, on my 2005 Dodge Magnum. The shop manager, Rick, quickly noted the problem area and identified the parts needed for the fix. Parts were ordered an appointment was made the repair was performed and I was on my way for a reasonabel charge. All the staff were polite and professional during my brief visit. More
I brought my vehicle in to the collison shop for repairs. I explained how I was paying for the repairs out of my own pocket. I was concerned about the price of having to rent a car to get back and forth to work. Pam at the collision shop referred me to Enterprise, which worked out great. Rich accomidated me by having a 'rush' put on the repairs, so I wouldn't have to be out a lot of money on a rental. The overall experience was great. I will not go anywhere else! Not to mention, this was (by far) the cheapest estimate I received for the repairs......I had 3 total. Great job!!! Thank you!! More
I took my vechicle to this dealership on 10/2011 because my car died. The service guy asked what happened, and I told him, "All of a sudden my power steering went and then my car died." It ended up being my car died. The service guy asked what happened, and I told him, "All of a sudden my power steering went and then my car died." It ended up being my fuel sensor, but they charged me twice because they said they had two different problems - power steering and car dying. I paid $160 to get it out with no work done. Everyone said it's a given the power steering goes when the car dies - it's only one issue. Icing on the cake was when I asked if they could patch the tire while it was there, and they told me there was nothing wrong with it, they just put air in it. I took it to Belle Tire from there and they patched my tire - due to a nail. Seriously - you can't even identify a nail in a tire! Then they sent a survey to my house saying that if I had any problems to contact the dealership and not fill out the survey. I did that, Joe Prokes called me back and said he would refund the money, but won't return any calls. Needless to say, my money was never refunded. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!! More
