We do not typically wash vehicles automatically during the winter months when the temperatures can drop below freezing, causing doors and locks to freeze, unless requested by a customer.

Although it is our goal to repair a vehicle correctly the first time we at times may fall short. Until we are given the opportunity to look at the vehicle again to verify the mistake you state we have made, I am unable to provide any further assistance or consideration for any expenses you may have had regarding the water leak. It should be noted that it was one year between the first leak and the second. This does suggest the first leak is different from the current goings-on.
