Worst Service Ever Had to have 3 visits in a month to repair 2009 Jeep Heater each time involved me obtaining a rental for 2 to 3 days when they paid for 1 rental ( whic Had to have 3 visits in a month to repair 2009 Jeep Heater each time involved me obtaining a rental for 2 to 3 days when they paid for 1 rental ( which was like pulling teeth to get ), it was ready in 24 hrs still the heater did not work. Was told I was responsible and charged for radiator flush approx $125.00 the last flush I was charged $180.00. Every communication with the service rep Harley was disappointing, even when he would see you walking up to the desk he stayed on his PHONE searching or texting I don't know which, never answered his phone always had to leave a message, very hard to do when your on 12 night shifts. Jeep not washed,They can't get rid of you fast enough. Just poor customer service!! Went to use my windshield washer fluid sure enough broken I could not stomach going back there, got it repaired ended up they didn't replace a seal and left 2 screws out securing it. $ 120.00 out of pocket again. We brought it back in and were told that DS would cover the labor, but that we were responsible to pay for the $180 part. Recall - We received letters about a recall, so we called to schedule the service. However, DS told us 3 times that they could not perform the recall service because they didn't have the parts. Who is supposed to order these parts? We called other dealers and they said of course they had the part and to come on it. We called DS a 4th time, and were finally scheduled to service the recall item. Repair #2 - When our car was in for the recall, we told the service area that the car makes a thump noise when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. They said they would look at it. When we picked up the car, they told us all was fine. Driving home, the shifting from 1st to 2nd was even worse. Apparently no test drive was done. More

While I waited, I also spoke with Jacin (I believe this is his name - has a beard & wears a fedora) in the showroom. Although I bought my car used from another location, Jason has great knowledge about my car and has helped me understand more what it offers. WITHOUT QUESTION, the friendliness and helpfulness of these two guys makes me want to buy my next car from Dick Scott - something I would not say about the 4 dealerships I've dealt with in the past. mostly good Vehicle was returned to me with 20 psi per tire, I find this unacceptable. Brand new vehicle with 4000 miles on it. Light on and bell ringing low tire Vehicle was returned to me with 20 psi per tire, I find this unacceptable. Brand new vehicle with 4000 miles on it. Light on and bell ringing low tire as I left, I returned and service filled them all. It was in for oil change and rear bearings, maybe they lowered the pressure to see if it was the tires making the bearing noise. I found it odd that they were all at 20psi. But I had never checked psi before, but the idiot light and bell never went off before. More

BS and half truths un necessary delays second time this happened schedualed an oil change took truck there on time they found 3 recalls on truck plus the lock modual i told them that was i second time this happened schedualed an oil change took truck there on time they found 3 recalls on truck plus the lock modual i told them that was in need of repair did the 3 recalls found the door lock needed a part to late in the day to get part till next day... No problem I said keep it over night just have it by 11:00 AM as I need it then. Was told no problem part to arrive first thing in AM will call me by nine or ten at the latest.I called at 11:30 AM no body new anything about the status of the truck called back five time same run around. how ever one person told me he saw it in the lub area before ten AM so it should be done but call ms service person to check. each time I called I continually got service persons voice mail as phone rang for several times after calling constantlly from 1:00 am till 2: 30 with no answer i told my wife to just take up there I will get someone else to change the oil. When I got there know one knew anything finnaly my service person came by and told me the people who are waiting for an oil change are serviced first. I told him no problem, just get my truck someone else can change the oil. He said just wait ten minutes it should be done. then I had to wait 10 more minutes for the paper work to come at the pay window. some fellow who saw me waiting said he new the truck and he was sure it was done he would go get the paper work he did i thanked him and paid for the oil change . this time was way bettor than the last time that took 3 days and they never even washed the truck! this time it was still driping very cleen. More

Terrible service I brought our jeep in for a part recall and oil change. When I first checked in I thought it was going to be great service because the associate was v I brought our jeep in for a part recall and oil change. When I first checked in I thought it was going to be great service because the associate was very pleasant and helpful. I asked him if they would also put some air in a particular tire and he said it would be taken care of. He also advised me that he would call me when it was ready. Over five hours later I called for an update and got his voicemail. He returned my call an hour later and informed me it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. He told me not to come pick it up until he called again. Three hours and several attempts to contact service later, we finally had to speak with someone in a separate service center not even located on the property to get answers. They were unable to reach anyone in service either and had to call us back. They finally informed us that the jeep had been ready for hours and we were not informed due to a miscommunication. We were able to make it fifteen minutes before they closed to pick it up but then had to stand around because it wasn't even ready. The service agent assigned to us didn't even talk to us about what was done or even greet us. He had someone else take us straight to the cashier so he did not have to talk to us. When I finally got the vehicle back they had not pumped up the tire. They also had bolted their own advertisement frame to our license plate without asking, which I will now have to remove. More
