We apologize you feel you had a negative experience at our Dealership; at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram our goal is complete satisfaction and exceptional service to all customers. We take all comments and concerns seriously. Upon inspection of your vehicle it was found that your brakes needed to be replaced. We provided a quote for the brake job based on replacing with OEM parts originally. With some brake jobs it is recommended, based on vehicle mileage, to have your brake fluid flushed. It was also recommended, based on mileage, to have transmission service performed. These recommended services are not required, however, we always provide a price estimate if a customer is interested in having the services done. We also found that the vehicle axle was leaking. There was no sign of crack, just a leak. This leak was not part of the roaring noise. Again, a price quote was provided for the leak. We make sure to inform our customers upfront of all costs, including any recommended maintenance. It is always up to our customers to decline the additional services. The customer may also choose aftermarket parts rather than OEM parts. This would decrease the amount of the quote for the brake service. We sincerely apologize if there was any failure to communicate your options with you during your visit with us.

We apologize you feel you had a negative experience at our dealership. Due to the deteriorated condition of your wiper blade our tech did remove it to better explain why it needed to be replaced by showing you where the issue was. After you declined a replacement we attempted to replace your original wiper blade back on your vehicle. This is when we were not able to put the wiper blade back on your vehicle due to it's worn condition. We do apologize for not being able to quickly resolve this situation while you were in our dealership.
