Our goal at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is complete satisfaction and exceptional service to all customers. We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with your recent vehicle service. We try our best to make repairs as quickly as possible, however some repairs, such as transmission issues, can be time-consuming. Our initial repair was thought to have corrected the issue. Clearly once it left our service department it was found that it did not fix the issue. Now we are in the process of rebuilding the transmission, which unfortunately is a time-consuming repair. We do sincerely apologize for you inconvenience. We do understand being without your vehicle for any length of time is not convenient and we are working to finish your repair as soon as possible.

Now it's May 21, 2018 and you've had my van for almost 2 months. My daughter, who should be driving to get her hours to take Segment 2 of drivers ed still doesn't have enough driving hours because she can not legally drive the rental vehicle we have. So, not only am I inconvenienced, but my daughter's driver education training has been put on hold. This is ridiculous!
