Went in for oil change, left with two large dents Immediately seen two quarter sized dents in my car as I was walking to it to leave. Very rude and unprofessional to accuse me of lying and not even offer to ask the man who did the oil change and car wash what might have happened. I am beside myself that this happened and how they handled it. They finally agreed to call their dent guy next week, but one of those dents is on the beauty line. 😞 More

Over $3000 damage to my Ram truck while in service After having my truck serviced at Dick Scott 22 times over 3 years you would honestly think that if they damaged your vehicle Dick Scott would repair After having my truck serviced at Dick Scott 22 times over 3 years you would honestly think that if they damaged your vehicle Dick Scott would repair it RIGHT ? , Well thats exactly my situation ! I have been the best customer to this dealership dedicating my trust in them taking care of my RAM truck which I value highly in its pristine condition! Then one day they lifted my truck incorrectly when servicing and ripped my passenger side step out of the frame bending it and caused body damage to the lower rocker panel in excess of $3000 dollars. I showed them the damage and they refuse to pay for or fix my truck and suggested I claim it against my insurance. After approaching Jason Scott I was again told to report it to my insurance for their business insurance reasons. My question to Jason Scott is " When you treat your valued customers like $ Dollar signs, you may find your business losing $$$ Dollars. I told Jason Scott I would remove my negative review but I never promised I wouldn't tell the truth about what they did to me " A GREAT CUSTOMER" Think about it when deciding where to get your valuable vehicle serviced! If other services were needed, which they weren't, they should have written it up on the paperwork that we received when we picked the car back up so we could determine if we wanted to bring the car back at a later time, but there was no information on the returned paperwork. We have been long time customers of this dealership and have always held it in high regard. More

Only took 3 times under warranty to find the noise. Normally I don't bother to write reviews. But since this dealer has wasted so much of my time trying to determine the problem, I am. I live an hour away from this dealer and don't like the local dealer by me. They have the worst customer service so I reluctantly drive the hour for service. The first time the van went in I was told the noise that could be heard UNDER 10 mph on rough surfaces was loose fuel lines and they were shimmed up. Problem came back within 50 miles. The second time the van went in I was told we didn't take out our 3 car seats and all the other "stuff" that kids have so they couldn't find the noise. Had the service person who took our information and LOOKED IN THE VAN told us this, we would removed all the stuff. The third time the van went in it was 6000 miles from warranty expiration and I wanted this taken care of. I took EVERYTHING out that didn't come with the van including mundane things like a box of Kleenexes. A few days later I got a call from the service center saying they can't find the noise and wanted me to come back. I'm an hour away and it isn't convenient. I found time on a Saturday and was told that a technician would ride with me to diagnose the issue. When I got to the dealer I was told that the tech wasn't there and the person going for the ride didn't HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO WASTE ON THIS! My response was less than nice as I informed him that I also bought a Dodge Grand Caravan that is a year newer with only 4000 miles on it and it too was making the same sound. I made it clear that they should probably fix this one so that they don't waste time on the second van which they will get. The conditions that this noise occur are at PARKING LOT speeds (10 mph or less). This person who I was driving with could not get this thru his head. I knew of a parking lot that I was able to replicate the noise on. It was literally 6 miles away but remember, he didn't have time to waste on this. I eventually made him drive as he could not find the noise. When sitting in the rear seats, I could clearly hear the noise coming from the rear quarter trim panel area. My thought was that the shocks were rattling or something behind the trim panel(s). The dealership FINALLY found the noise by changing out both rear shocks and shimming a wire harness connector behind the passenger side rear quarter trim panel. I just wish the people who do the write up/description for the techs would put down what the customer says, not what is a standard problem description in the computer (the person put noise was at 25 and 35 mph, not under 10 mph as stated by me). In all, I spent over 11 hours traveling, test driving and removing/installing seats and other kids stuff to which the dealer didn't really care. This to me is unacceptable customer service. Hopefully this can help someone else who has a low speed 10 mph or less that is annoying. More

While several of the many very expensive repairs were under warranty, many other also expensive repairs have been necessary that have occurred shortly after the basic warranty expired. I have done routine service of my vehicle at this facility at or above Fiat Chrysler Jeep recommendations. Overall this vehicle gives me no confidence in a Jeep product. More
