Staff mislead me about their skills and capabilities Called to have key cut and fob programed to my 2002 Durango, was informed the shop could do the work, I also asked to check right rear tire for noise. Called to have key cut and fob programed to my 2002 Durango, was informed the shop could do the work, I also asked to check right rear tire for noise. I called back 3 days later and was told the Technicians didn't have correct DRB2 program to fix the problem, they recommended I go to Suburban Dodge. Technician removed and replaced right rear brake parts, bled system ( 3 wheels only) and I was charged $935.00. Noise still heard from right rear tire. I called back, made an appointment got there at 8:45, was met by Jim who, complained to me about staffing shortages, cars backed up on lot etc, ( like I could solve his work related problems) I wasn't in a good mood that day, neither especially since he told me I needed to go back home, call back and make yet another appointment for next week. What was the sense in whoever I spoke to the day before telling me to get there by 8:45 on Tuesday only to get immediately turned back by Jim the following day. Long story short, I took my Durango to my neighborhood Midas brake shop, they informed me the leaf springs had broken. I wonder how the shop missed something as obvious as this? Midas fixed this for $1600.00. I will remove the Dick Scott license plate tab placed on the rear of my truck and stay well clear of this dealership. More

This was the worst service experience I have ever had anywhere. I had an appointment. When I arrived (15 minutes early). Waited 10 minutes for the person to get up from his desk to come talk to me. T anywhere. I had an appointment. When I arrived (15 minutes early). Waited 10 minutes for the person to get up from his desk to come talk to me. Told him i had an appointment but still had to give all my info again. Seemed to have an attitude. Was told i would waiting. Was told 1 1/2 wait. I agreed. A message was sent to my spouse to contsct of anything needed. Was not the number I used when i made the appointment or checked in. After almost 3 hours, i went into the service area to see what the issue was. With again an attitude was asked who i was. I was told there were other issues with my vehcle that needed to be fixed. I asked ehy wasn't i contacted. Had to check on things. I voiced my displeasure on how this was handled but wss told i can just take my vehicle as is. I replied that so you are refusing to fix my car? he said he will check on things. I went back to the waiting area. Aftrr another 20 minutes, i was told there was over $1200 of worked needed. was given my keys and told to come back the following week . Was not given any paperwork except for the oil change and tire rotation. As i was leaving i told him to have a good day. I heard someone from one of the offices that I should as well. Somewhere else. Very inappropriate. Will tell everyone i know to get service Somewhere else. Not 100% sure of the service advsors name. More
