Our simple service required a part with a few day lead time so we took our car back home to wait for the part to come in. No one ever called us to say the part arrived. We again tried to use the website service scheduler to schedule a follow up appointment - again it didn't work. Frustrated we dropped off the car for service unscheduled. We expected not to be serviced immediately however it would be so much better if the service person would just be upfront and say, we are booked and we won't be able to get the car serviced for 5 days. This is unpleasant news but allows us to plan instead we got bland "someone may get a chance to look at it today but for sure tomorrow" and then we have to call back the next day to get the same routine answer. We get you are busy but please be more conservative on when the car will be done. More

Staff mislead me about their skills and capabilities Called to have key cut and fob programed to my 2002 Durango, was informed the shop could do the work, I also asked to check right rear tire for noise. Called to have key cut and fob programed to my 2002 Durango, was informed the shop could do the work, I also asked to check right rear tire for noise. I called back 3 days later and was told the Technicians didn't have correct DRB2 program to fix the problem, they recommended I go to Suburban Dodge. Technician removed and replaced right rear brake parts, bled system ( 3 wheels only) and I was charged $935.00. Noise still heard from right rear tire. I called back, made an appointment got there at 8:45, was met by Jim who, complained to me about staffing shortages, cars backed up on lot etc, ( like I could solve his work related problems) I wasn't in a good mood that day, neither especially since he told me I needed to go back home, call back and make yet another appointment for next week. What was the sense in whoever I spoke to the day before telling me to get there by 8:45 on Tuesday only to get immediately turned back by Jim the following day. Long story short, I took my Durango to my neighborhood Midas brake shop, they informed me the leaf springs had broken. I wonder how the shop missed something as obvious as this? Midas fixed this for $1600.00. I will remove the Dick Scott license plate tab placed on the rear of my truck and stay well clear of this dealership. More
