Disappointment Went in for routine oil and tire rotation, left with a half complete order and inability to change a flat tire should it come up on the road.... Dick Scott technicians are the only people to ever remove a tire from my Jeep. They have also stripped the wheel lock key for said tires. I was informed that they could not rotate my tires and I needed to buy a new one from them for $80. I was then sent home and apparently don't have the ability to change a flat tire now. I have spoke with other Jeep owners and they have NOT had to replace wheel lock lugs/key. Their Jeeps are older than mine. Worst yet Dick Scott has not replied to my email regarding this issue. Seems to me if you strip it you should replace it. Poor customer service, they would rather burn a customer who has purchased 2 Jeeps in the last few years and exclusively serviced them in house for an $80 part their staff broke... Will be finding a new metro Detroit Jeep dealer, after all my wife and I will always buy and drive them. Shockingly poor customer service in the service department. I can't fathom this... More

When I went there asked a lady who works there if they have a driver that day she said yes there was a driver there.Total was 639$ before 10%off.after the 10% was $617 you have to teach your people to do math I argued with the guy to fix it and even though he didn’t give the whole 10% off . I had a dr app to catch if I had time I would have the whole 10%. Very disappointed of ur costumer service More
Incomplete diagnosis and "best guess" Repair They had my vehicle for a month, updates were infrequent, and often incomplete. My vehicle presented with a misfire and stalling at idle, which resol They had my vehicle for a month, updates were infrequent, and often incomplete. My vehicle presented with a misfire and stalling at idle, which resolved itself after the vehicle was allowed to dry. I took it to the dealer to asses any lasting issues. The dealer claimed to identify a knock, but was unable to root cause the issue. They replaced the cam phasers in what I believe to be a best guess attempt to resolve the knock. When called to notify I could retrieve the vehicle the service tech said under his breath "Not that I'm sure I heard it [the knock] anyway". I don't believe I was meant to hear this. I never heard the knock prior to service, the dealer never had me review the vehicle prior to part replacement, and while it was covered under warranty, I do not know if the parts were defective, or if they simply stopped functioning when exposed to water, and would have returned to normal function after allowed to more completely dry. I am not confident my issue has been resolved and will be seeking other avenues to perform any further required maintenance or repairs. More
Great dealership to get your car serviced. I've gone here probably 6 - 8 times since I bought my Challenger in 2015 for various things and every time the employees were very nice and helpful. This last time I had to bring my 7 year old daughter and was worried she would be bored out of her mind but we sat in the kids room and played with the toys and she was having a blast. Actually didn't want to leave when my car was done! A great place to take your car. I can't speak for the dealership part (I bought my car in Ohio) but the service staff is awesome. Every single person I dealt with was professional, nice and accommodating. More

Too Busy, but Jim Nall was good I made an appointment on-line but had no idea that they ween't going to service my car. It was just to see me. I kinda wish they didn't have that option because when I got there I was informed that my car wouldn't be looked at for 3 days. Could've saved time and not went in the first place. Unforseen circumstances caused me to stay. Jim Nall was the sales rep that helped me. I thought he was personable and reasonable. I think overall your to busy and shouldn't over promise and under deliver. Even when my car was 'ready' to be picked up it took over 2 hrs to get me out the door. They said they had to move cars around and around to get to mine. Seems like the process flow could be better so customers don't have to wait more than they should. More

Very unsatisfactory. Brought vehicle in at 10 am and heard nothing all day long. I called twice and had to leave messages. Finally was told vehicle had to be left overnight. I got no satisfaction until I spoke with Sarah. She was the only person who showed any concern for me. The next day, I got a call from Jason at 10:30 am that the car was ready and was given the shocking news that it would cost me $2,030 to replace my radio. I told him, no thanks, I cannot afford that kind of money to replace a piece of junk with another piece of junk. When I arrived at 2:30 pm at the cashiers office the paper work was not ready. Thanks to Jim McCloud things got straightened out and the charge of $139 was reduced to $89.95 with a $10 coupon. More
