Service Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, found out the front driver's side tire was out of alignment, so approved front end alignment. I asked ho Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, found out the front driver's side tire was out of alignment, so approved front end alignment. I asked how long it would take to have the vehicle serviced, I was told 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I was called to authorize the replacement of the air filter. I authorized the replacement and was told the car was completed once the air filter was replaced. I was being picked up by the shuttle driver and the driver hadn't arrived after 40 minutes so I called the dealership and was told that the alignment was not completed and that I would be called to let me know the service was completed and the shuttle driver was on his way. In total the service took 5-1/2 hours, which is a lot different than what I was told. More
