Not impressed During repair technician caused RF wheel speed sensor to turn on ABS/TC lights on dash, that were NOT on when delivered to dealership. Service writer During repair technician caused RF wheel speed sensor to turn on ABS/TC lights on dash, that were NOT on when delivered to dealership. Service writer mentioned the sensor was contaminated with dirt, but did not explain that it caused a code and lights on dash when asked if I wanted to pay about $200 to replace sensor. Also during the repair the RF brake dust shield was left rubbing the rotor creating an obvious noise that was not addressed. When I picked Jeep up the tech and writer were both gone for the day. I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay for the sensor especially when it's only $20 my cost, that is poor customer service. I have been using your service department after having horrible experiences at Suburban, but I have had issues both times I have visited. I guess I need to try Fox Hills next. More

Under warranty repair I went to service may car, 10 days no phone call no follow up, i went to the dealer to check it out, i was told the car is ready, i asked for the key I went to service may car, 10 days no phone call no follow up, i went to the dealer to check it out, i was told the car is ready, i asked for the keys and checked the car found oil was changed and the the original issue was not toughed, the guy who took my order his name is Rob Good low took my order and left for vacation, spoke with Sarah was a nice lady she tried helping me, I had to leave the car 10 more days for it to be repaired, issues was resolved but still hearing noise from the right rear door where they service was completed, i called Rob and left him a message few days ago he did not bother even to call me back to check what is going on, bad service bad customer service. More

So I decided to drive 34 miles one way to use Dick Scott and have used them twice now and will continue to use them going forward. Only living here six months each year it took a couple of years to find a dealer with the quality of service and employees that match or surpass my local dealer in Florida.
