Matt, providing a positive experience is our top priority, and we are sorry that we were not able to satisfactorily resolve your concerns as quickly as we would have liked. We did look at your service records to see what happened. We understand multiple visits are inconvenient and we do our best to avoid them whenever possible. When you brought your vehicle in the first time we were presented with a challenge as all the error codes had been erased and we were not able to immediately reproduce your concerns, therefore, we were limited on what could be done at that time. On your second and third visits, separate concerns were brought up and repaired at each visit and authorized by you prior to completion. We again apologize for any inconvenience and hope we have the opportunity to work with you again in the future. As for your trade in request, we apologize we were not able to connect with you on this matter. If you are still interested in options on a new vehicle, we would be happy to help!
