Car Died Battery Replacement Pulled into a gas station on my way into work to fill up. After filling up, go into the (push start), car was completely dead. Had to get the car towe Pulled into a gas station on my way into work to fill up. After filling up, go into the (push start), car was completely dead. Had to get the car towed and they took care of it in a timely manner. There were other issues with the car (HFM module I believe needs to be flashed and updated) and the active grill shutters aren't turning on. To charge 90$ to look at a battery, 90$ to look at the HFM Module, and $90$ to look at the active grill shutter is just wrong. Even if just two of these items were simply looked at for the original 90$ I would of been okay with that but not 270$ to look at 3 things. I would of gave 5 stars but wasn't happy with that one part. More

New Key Fob I lost a key fob and called to find out what I could do. I was told to bring the car in and I did so. Work was done very quickly. Not a great experience this time Was told part was in, yet 3 days after was told the part wasn't up to standards after we brought in the mini van and had to wait another 2 days. 5 day Was told part was in, yet 3 days after was told the part wasn't up to standards after we brought in the mini van and had to wait another 2 days. 5 days total. When we received the mini van back it wasn't cleaned out. It was filthy. Dirty hand prints everywhere. Usually We have a great experience here. However, this time was below average. Did speak to a manager on the way our which she agreed that it was below standard and she said to bring back another time because we couldn't wait. More
