Good service, easy to work with! Had to have a new manual transmission put into my Jeep Wrangler. Work was done under warranty. Won't fix a car under warranty I purchased a lifetime warranty for my car (back in 2007) Most repairs are fully covered as they fall under the warranty. For over 6 months now, I hav I purchased a lifetime warranty for my car (back in 2007) Most repairs are fully covered as they fall under the warranty. For over 6 months now, I have dropped off my car 3 or 4 times for the SAME PROBLEM - transmission trouble. Every other time they have told me "we can't find anything wrong with the car." This last time, they actually told me they were able to fix the transmission, but the parts are on backorder and it will take 6 weeks to complete. I was okay with waiting for my car to FINALLY get repaired. But after one week of being without a car, I received a phone call saying that they can no longer find the problem and they can't fix what they cannot find. So, now I am back to square 1 - AGAIN. This sounds to me like they don't want to do a costly repair on an older vehicle. What a sham. More

Service Slow service and poor follow up. I used the night drop off in hopes to get my car repaired quickly. They completed a software update and change in Slow service and poor follow up. I never received a call on the day of the appointment. Next morning while waiting for them to open they called stating it was ready for pick up. When I asked why it wasn’t finished the same day I was told my rep left at 5 and the car was completed at 5:30. More
Bad Service I had a remaining payed tire rotation service and explained before jobs start, but they snuck in that service charge without noticing me at the end. I paid for 3 oil change and 3 tire rotation service, but 1 tire rotation was not completed. I had to explain may times that was paid previously and they finally removed but doesn’t seems to believe my word. They did not tell me changing 3 wiper blades costing $80.75. I only asked driver side blade and real window blade needs to be changed but they replaced passenger side blades anyway, but I did not argue and paid without saying anything because it may take more hours of explanation. Approximately had to wait 6 hours for 2 days. I have got oil change, clean and adjust brakes, wiper blades (3) change and replacing molding on passenger door. The total charge was $411.50. It seems too much charger and too many hours waiting. I was there for 2 days in a row, but they did not have the first day service information and nobody had record of what they did for my car, so I had to call my colleges to look for the invoice they gave me a day before. More
