Great service, terrible pricing My recall, oil change and tire rotation was scheduled for 7am on a Monday. They took me in right away and I took the courtesy shuttle to work. I rec My recall, oil change and tire rotation was scheduled for 7am on a Monday. They took me in right away and I took the courtesy shuttle to work. I received a call from Daryl at 8am saying everything was complete. I took the shuttle back at noon to pick up my car. Everything went very smooth. Daryl did a great job getting the work accomplished. The only issue I have was the $70 that I paid to have my oil changed and tires rotated. That was just a basic oil change and tire rotation. No way it should cost that much. More

New tire for my Jeep I noticed my tire was low in the morning after dropping my daughter at school. They had me waiting over 2 hours and then said the recall would take another 2.5 hours! The service advisor who was helping me apparently left and he didn't tell me! This is the epitome of bad customer service. Don't take your vehicle in here unless you're forced. The service managers also don't care and all they say is "sorry for the inconvenience". What a joke of a service department, it seems like they fired all their experienced service advisors and it's a bunch of new young guys who don't know what they're doing. More
