New tire for my Jeep I noticed my tire was low in the morning after dropping my daughter at school. After determining I needed a new tire, they put my spare tire on for me, so I could go on with my day until my tire came in and was fitted to the rim for easy installation when I came back. More

Didn't complete service and made me wait 2 hours What can I say... Brought in my Jeep for simple oil change and recall, via appointment that I had made a week prior. They had me waiting over 2 hours What can I say... Brought in my Jeep for simple oil change and recall, via appointment that I had made a week prior. They had me waiting over 2 hours and then said the recall would take another 2.5 hours! The service advisor who was helping me apparently left and he didn't tell me! This is the epitome of bad customer service. Don't take your vehicle in here unless you're forced. The service managers also don't care and all they say is "sorry for the inconvenience". What a joke of a service department, it seems like they fired all their experienced service advisors and it's a bunch of new young guys who don't know what they're doing. More

Good service, easy to work with! Had to have a new manual transmission put into my Jeep Wrangler. Work was done under warranty. Won't fix a car under warranty I purchased a lifetime warranty for my car (back in 2007) Most repairs are fully covered as they fall under the warranty. For over 6 months now, I hav I purchased a lifetime warranty for my car (back in 2007) Most repairs are fully covered as they fall under the warranty. For over 6 months now, I have dropped off my car 3 or 4 times for the SAME PROBLEM - transmission trouble. Every other time they have told me "we can't find anything wrong with the car." This last time, they actually told me they were able to fix the transmission, but the parts are on backorder and it will take 6 weeks to complete. I was okay with waiting for my car to FINALLY get repaired. But after one week of being without a car, I received a phone call saying that they can no longer find the problem and they can't fix what they cannot find. So, now I am back to square 1 - AGAIN. This sounds to me like they don't want to do a costly repair on an older vehicle. What a sham. More
