Came in for an oil change/tire rotation I came in for a tire rotation and oil change which was done quickly so that was great. However, I had a service item on my (brand new) car that they I came in for a tire rotation and oil change which was done quickly so that was great. However, I had a service item on my (brand new) car that they totally missed. I mentioned it to the service associate and he looked it up. His response was "Well, we wouldn't have had time to do it". He said that I can bring it back and they would give me a loaner vehicle. That's great but I feel that they should've have looked up my vehicle in the first place and been proactive. I had a Jeep for 10 years and when I brought it into the Brighton dealership they always looked to see if there were any recalls and did an inspection. I have a 2 year lease on this vehicle and so I'll be in the market in 18 months and I'm looking for a full service dealership. This was my first time at this dealership so it was a little disappointing but I would give them another try. More

Very disappointing carelessness My wife took her new vehicle here for her first oil change. When she got home we smelled oil burning and found oil sprayed all over the engine compart My wife took her new vehicle here for her first oil change. When she got home we smelled oil burning and found oil sprayed all over the engine compartment. Turns out the new filter o-ring seal was installed incorrectly or damaged. I returned to the dealer and to be fair, the service tech was apologetic and fixed the problem quickly but this should have been checked before releasing the vehicle. To make matters worse, I checked the tire pressure monitor on my way back home and found the tires had 39psi which is considerably over inflated. I monitor her tire pressure regularly to make sure they maintain the correct 30psi as specified. I just checked them last week and they were at 31psi so either their gauge is inaccurate or they're simply careless. More

Extended Warranty work I recently heard a man on radio state he was having trouble finding dealership to work on his car because he had an extended warranty and for some rea I recently heard a man on radio state he was having trouble finding dealership to work on his car because he had an extended warranty and for some reason ($) dealerships didn’t want his business. That is NOT the case with Dick Scott. I bought my van from them and the extended warranty and Dick Scott has serviced my van giving me very good customer service. Van has been in for various warranty work and recently was in for an intermittent starting problem and they took care of the van. Joe Nall,my service advisor, is a good listener and thorough. He looked at service history, talked to technician, and repairs were made without hassle. I have received a loaner when a repair took longer than promised for circumstances out of their control. I would recommend this dealership for purchase and service of a vehicle. Also, the ladies, especially Nicole, in the cashier room where you pay for repairs have given me great customer service. They answer phones, Cash people out, and log me my bonus points. They have even hunted down an advisor for me in past when he wasn’t at his desk. That was customer service! More

Three trips to correct an alignment issue Took in my Jeep for an oil change and was told my wheel camber was off.
