Bad Experience I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got a call an hour later that my car was ready. When I got there they had only done the tire r I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got a call an hour later that my car was ready. When I got there they had only done the tire rotation and no oil change. I was told they would send it right back for the oil change. I waited another 45 minutes for the oil change and only received a $15 discount which I almost didn't get because I had to say something when the discount was not fully applied on my bill. What made the experience worse was while I was waiting the person at the desk was arguing with a customer about their warranty. When the customer asked for a manager they just kept arguing with the customer until they eventually got a manager who resolved the issue. This was pointless and just made me feel like I wouldnt want to deal with the people here again. More
Service was fast and efficient. The service department was exceptionally fast and organized. Dropped the car off,got me a rent a car delivered in 10 minutes. Sales great , service not so much Took me a week and a half to get an appointment. It was on a Friday at 8 am. I got there and they told me that they had 6 jobs ahead of me and my ve Took me a week and a half to get an appointment. It was on a Friday at 8 am. I got there and they told me that they had 6 jobs ahead of me and my vehicle would not get looked at until Monday. I agreed to come back. I took my vehicle in about 2pm. They did not look at it until 11pm Wednesday. They determined it need a new UConnect and would have to order it and it would be 2 to 3 weeks. When I dropped off my vehicle it had almost a full tank of gas. As I was driving home I noticed it was on "E". I called the service and they told me they accidentally left it running overnight. They apologized and said they would reemergence me and give me an extra free oil change. I did get a loner while they had me Pacifica. My biggest problem is they should have told me (1) they could not look at my vehicle until Wednesday(2) it took so long to get an appointment (3) fill the tank up before I got their and come clean on the reason it was empty. I barely made it to the gas station More
Long wait Was waiting in the lounge for my oil change to be completed. Two hours after arrival I went to the desk to see how much longer it would take. Came in for an oil change/tire rotation I came in for a tire rotation and oil change which was done quickly so that was great. However, I had a service item on my (brand new) car that they I came in for a tire rotation and oil change which was done quickly so that was great. However, I had a service item on my (brand new) car that they totally missed. I mentioned it to the service associate and he looked it up. His response was "Well, we wouldn't have had time to do it". He said that I can bring it back and they would give me a loaner vehicle. That's great but I feel that they should've have looked up my vehicle in the first place and been proactive. I had a Jeep for 10 years and when I brought it into the Brighton dealership they always looked to see if there were any recalls and did an inspection. I have a 2 year lease on this vehicle and so I'll be in the market in 18 months and I'm looking for a full service dealership. This was my first time at this dealership so it was a little disappointing but I would give them another try. More
