NO INTEGRITY I placed my car for service on 11/9. My car was having trouble starting up. The service tech by the name of Daryl Schou explained that my car needed a I placed my car for service on 11/9. My car was having trouble starting up. The service tech by the name of Daryl Schou explained that my car needed a diagnostic check and that because my vehicle was out of warranty that it would be charge, The service tech also explained that if they found what the issue was the fee would go towards the repair/labor. I agreed to the terms and left my car. By the afternoon the service tech called and stated that it was a battery, and told me that that they ran the diagnostic but, ignored the check engine light issue and that if I wanted that addressed I would have to pay another fee. THIS MADE NO SENSE! he knew this when he told me and quickly stated " to come see him and he would not charge me". When I had came to pay and pick up my car I asked the service tech for a print out of all my codes, he told me that he would have that for me. I paid for my car and had no print out. I came back on Saturday morning for the print out and of course still no print out... why?? because the service tech LIED and they never did a diagnostic check on my car and up charged me for labor!!! After getting the service manager involved ( which he was understanding and professional) I was able to get the money that they up charged me back... This was the worst experience that I have ever had! NO INTEGRITY, NO MORALES. If this is the type of shame business Dick Scott does I will not return and I will let others know. I was extremely disappointed with Dick Scott. More
Bad Experience I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got a call an hour later that my car was ready. When I got there they had only done the tire r I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got a call an hour later that my car was ready. When I got there they had only done the tire rotation and no oil change. I was told they would send it right back for the oil change. I waited another 45 minutes for the oil change and only received a $15 discount which I almost didn't get because I had to say something when the discount was not fully applied on my bill. What made the experience worse was while I was waiting the person at the desk was arguing with a customer about their warranty. When the customer asked for a manager they just kept arguing with the customer until they eventually got a manager who resolved the issue. This was pointless and just made me feel like I wouldnt want to deal with the people here again. More
2004 Intrepid Water Pump Repair Had to pull engine to repair water pump, timing chain, valve seal, did all since engine was pulled work all done just took awhile to get parts. Sales great , service not so much Took me a week and a half to get an appointment. It was on a Friday at 8 am. I got there and they told me that they had 6 jobs ahead of me and my ve Took me a week and a half to get an appointment. It was on a Friday at 8 am. I got there and they told me that they had 6 jobs ahead of me and my vehicle would not get looked at until Monday. I agreed to come back. I took my vehicle in about 2pm. They did not look at it until 11pm Wednesday. They determined it need a new UConnect and would have to order it and it would be 2 to 3 weeks. When I dropped off my vehicle it had almost a full tank of gas. As I was driving home I noticed it was on "E". I called the service and they told me they accidentally left it running overnight. They apologized and said they would reemergence me and give me an extra free oil change. I did get a loner while they had me Pacifica. My biggest problem is they should have told me (1) they could not look at my vehicle until Wednesday(2) it took so long to get an appointment (3) fill the tank up before I got their and come clean on the reason it was empty. I barely made it to the gas station More
