We are very sorry to hear you feel you were not provided with the excellent customer service our dealership strives to show our customers. After looking into your visit further, we would like to apologize for any miscommunication on our part. There was no additional diagnostic fee charged during your visit for the secondary complaint, our Service Manager did apply a discount to the authorized repair performed. Since your vehicle did have a separate issue, that would need to be diagnosed, we offered to run a separate diagnostic. Since this diagnostic was not authorized by you we did not perform it and therefore that is why there was no record or charge for this. Again, we would like to apologize for the confusion and not explaining this in better detail while you were in to pick up your vehicle. We would appreciate another opportunity to provide you with great customer service in the future!
