Worst mechanics I have ever dealt with The heat wasn’t working, took the vehicle in explaining what my issues and got an estimate, a heater core $500 job day or two . One week later “you need a radiator flush and housing unit” $1200. Well knock it down to $1069 .. one week later you need a thermostat back up to $1200 .. a few days later” we put in the thermostat your heat still doesn’t work”... later that day it’s ready , wife goes to pick car up the dashboard is sticking up out of place, the steering wheel is locked in the highest setting and the seat warmers don’t work and the blower doesn’t work on the highest setting. “The blower wasn’t in our notes” but it was in the estimate “the head mechanic is on vacation, wait until he gets back “ bring it in we’ll fix it . A few days later.. dashboard is on heat is working but the blower isn’t working on the highest level and the heated seats still don’t work, “we’re they working when you dropped off the car?”....Yes!!! Have to drop the car off again to get something fixed that they broke . They gave us a very dirty free rental, and they had to give us another rental . I will never ever ever let their mechanics touch my car again after this horrible experience. Very frustrating and truly disappointing More

Great service I broght in my 2015 200 for repair and then i decided to buy a new car. They had no problem helping me even with my car in their shop up on a hoist. We were forgotten and had to drive a lesser vehicle for 3 MO I have never heard of a vehicle being tied up for 3 months. The frustrating part is that we continued to make our payments on a Jeep Grand Cherokee L I have never heard of a vehicle being tied up for 3 months. The frustrating part is that we continued to make our payments on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for 3 months while driving a down sized Cherokee. We dropped the vehicle off on August 28 (third time for the same transmission leak) and did not get it back until November 26! We appreciated having a rental provided and the people were friendly enough but it just doesn't feel right. Chances of us continuing down the Grand Cherokee path are slim to none:( More
