Worst mechanics I have ever dealt with The heat wasn’t working, took the vehicle in explaining what my issues and got an estimate, a heater core $500 job day or two . One week later “you need a radiator flush and housing unit” $1200. Well knock it down to $1069 .. one week later you need a thermostat back up to $1200 .. a few days later” we put in the thermostat your heat still doesn’t work”... later that day it’s ready , wife goes to pick car up the dashboard is sticking up out of place, the steering wheel is locked in the highest setting and the seat warmers don’t work and the blower doesn’t work on the highest setting. “The blower wasn’t in our notes” but it was in the estimate “the head mechanic is on vacation, wait until he gets back “ bring it in we’ll fix it . A few days later.. dashboard is on heat is working but the blower isn’t working on the highest level and the heated seats still don’t work, “we’re they working when you dropped off the car?”....Yes!!! Have to drop the car off again to get something fixed that they broke . They gave us a very dirty free rental, and they had to give us another rental . I will never ever ever let their mechanics touch my car again after this horrible experience. Very frustrating and truly disappointing More
