My appointment time was 7 a.m., and from the time I pulled my Jeep in to the time that it was completed I was treated with the utmost respect and customer care. I really liked the extra touch of the young lady who asked if I would like a cup of coffee out in the service/write up area, and from time to time she would come in and ask people in the customer waiting lounge, now that's good customer care. The service write-up person was very thorough and friendly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Keep up the good work guys, definitely will return to this dealership in the future!
