Superb service, excellent customer care! Made an appointment to have my Jeep Cherokee looked at, transmission was slipping, needed an oil change and tire rotation, and have my brakes checked Made an appointment to have my Jeep Cherokee looked at, transmission was slipping, needed an oil change and tire rotation, and have my brakes checked to see if I needed new brakes. My appointment time was 7 a.m., and from the time I pulled my Jeep in to the time that it was completed I was treated with the utmost respect and customer care. I really liked the extra touch of the young lady who asked if I would like a cup of coffee out in the service/write up area, and from time to time she would come in and ask people in the customer waiting lounge, now that's good customer care. The service write-up person was very thorough and friendly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Keep up the good work guys, definitely will return to this dealership in the future! Also, the additional credits (given to me by Madisson in January) were not in my account either. At this point, I have no idea the value of these. An additional delay was caused while locating my keys after service. Knowing this, how would you rate the experience? More
