Service fro off. I brought my truck in for a service issue which they fixed fine. When dropping off I mentioned a wiper blade stuck to the windshield and ripped off. I I brought my truck in for a service issue which they fixed fine. When dropping off I mentioned a wiper blade stuck to the windshield and ripped off. I expected to pay for the repair. What gets me is they changed one blade and not the other. The wipers are completely different and looks goofy. One is just the blade and one is fully covered in black rubber. I’ve never changed one blade when changing blades especially when they didn’t put the factory blade on. Kind of stupid. Would you want to completely different looking wipers? More

TERRIBLE SERVICE. First I'm told the transmission tech. is backed up 5-6 weeks out. I'm then told they have a vehicle there from Nov. 5th that hasn't been looked at yet First I'm told the transmission tech. is backed up 5-6 weeks out. I'm then told they have a vehicle there from Nov. 5th that hasn't been looked at yet. so is this the slowest tech ever? Does he put in one part a day? Even if he is waiting on parts, he can't even drive a vehicle to diagnose? Second i was told, let me rephrase that my wife had me on speaker, and she was told $1200 for a radiator and a key fob reprogram I then asked how much for each? he said the tech wanted to do a injector cleaner flush and flush the fuel lines. i told him no and to button it up id come pick it up. he told me $200 for diag. which makes no sense as the fob is supposedly $99. I picked up the truck figuring on paying $200 and i was told $169 as they did the key fob and they gave me a deal, got home used the fob to check and it didn't work. they never did the work, any of it. I would not recomend nor will i have anything serviced here. Part of the reason for not doing the work is I want to get a new Jeep, well GUESS WHERE I WONT BUY IT FROM??? More

Service dept. has horrible customer treatment Had my 2011 Town and Country in for transmission work. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the repair due to a shortage of manpower. It took almost Had my 2011 Town and Country in for transmission work. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the repair due to a shortage of manpower. It took almost 3 months for the repair. Also had to call numerous times for an update and my service agent there was always apologetic for not calling me with timely updates promising to do better and call me. He never got better. A few times I tried calling and was promptly disconnected or had to wait 15 minutes for someone to answer. When I finally got the minivan back the check engine light was on. Now I'll have to return the minivan and have them look at that. More
