Couldn't be more disappointed. After 3 visits to address a problem I had to climb under my Jeep and pin point the problem for them. Three strikes and they're out. If it isn't warranty work save yourself fro a problem I had to climb under my Jeep and pin point the problem for them. Three strikes and they're out. If it isn't warranty work save yourself from the aggregation and your wallet and go else where. Never have had a positive experience with the service and not that it makes a difference where I purchased the vehicle. More
I came in to report and have repaired the window behind the driver’s seat . The motor that raised the window was broken and the window wouldn’t go up to the top . There remained a gap of approximately one the driver’s seat . The motor that raised the window was broken and the window wouldn’t go up to the top . There remained a gap of approximately one inch . While the car was being inspected I went to the showroom to look at the new cars . Alecia Beato greeted me as my son and I walked into the area . She was very helpful and took me outside to look at the Jeep Compass which is close to the Jeep Liberty which I had . She ended up giving me a copy of the window sticker and stapled her card to the corner . It took me a few weeks to make a decision. Alecia was patient with me but checked back with me to see if she could answer any questions I might have . I finally made the decision to trade in my Liberty for a Compass . Since the Compass I was interested in was sold she helped me find a different color . I really love it more than the first one. Alecia took me through all the necessary steps to complete the sale . She introduced me to Justin Baxter who helped me with the financial side of the sale. He was also very helpful , and like Alecia answered any questions that I had. Alecia proceeded to tell me about different functions of my car . She assured me that she would answer any future questions I might have . She was considerate not to overwhelm me with too much information . I would definitely go back to Alecia with any future purchases I might have at Dick Scott ! More
I made an appointment and took my vehicle in for repair on my cruise control. I was told my vehicle would be there until the next day. No one ever called me the next day to let me know the status so I call on my cruise control. I was told my vehicle would be there until the next day. No one ever called me the next day to let me know the status so I called them. I was told my car had not even been looked at and it would be another day. Day three and no one had called me so I called the dealership. I was informed a part was ordered and my car would be ready the next day. Day four I finally received my very first phone call that my car would be ready late in the afternoon. I went in to pick up my car and upon turning it on received an error message that my airbags needed service. I drove my car back into the service area whereas the service manager came out. He spoke to MY HUSBAND and then arranged for the car to be taken back to the service bay to be fixed. The service technician had neglected to re-engage the airbags when he had replaced the cruise control switch. I was waiting in the customer waiting area when Jim and Kevin came in to to get me. Instead of talking to me they talked to MY HUSBAND. They were apologetic about the problem and explained what had happened to MY HUSBAND. They took the keys and handed them back to MY HUSBAND. It was never acknowledged that I was even in the room, even though I purchased the car, I wrote up the service, I paid for it, and I was the one driving. The dealership treats you like you're a "woman". Newsflash. I am very knowledgeable about cars, I know how and when to service them, and what they cost. I am in the market to purchase a new challenger but will be buying elsewhere. Also, they need to put the seat back to the position the customer had it. More
I really don’t want to write this review. I live in I really don’t want to write this review. I live in Plymouth, I love the community, I want all businesses here to succeed. But this dealership is in I really don’t want to write this review. I live in Plymouth, I love the community, I want all businesses here to succeed. But this dealership is in need of major customer service reform. So I’m hopeful this review will direct potential customers away to a better customer experience elsewhere, and inspire Dick Scott to invest in a customer service program for its staff. I brought my 2016 Ram 1500 in for service. The engine light was coming on along with the stability control light, and it was losing power. The first time I brought it in they kept it all day and couldn’t find a problem. They reset the engine light and sent me home. Driving to work the next day the engine light and stability control light came on and the same issue occurred. I dropped it off and this time they made about $1,000 in repairs. Took two days. Get my truck back for the second time, and sure enough driving to work the next morning the same issue occurred. Took it back in, they kept it a week, made more repairs this time for $1,600. I thought finally they found the issue. Sure enough next day driving to work the same issue occurred. All in all they had my truck three different occasions for two weeks, charged me nearly $3,000 for repairs that were clearly guesses, and ultimately couldn’t repair what appears to be an electrical issue. Other issues at the dealership: If you read through the other negative reviews here, Jason Scott the General Manager often responds inviting customers to contact him. I viewed that as a positive, and thought maybe he’d be willing to help with my frustrating experience. I reached out to him, and sadly I never got a response. I also attempted to contact Kevin the service manager. To give him credit he did response once, the second time he did not. I was so upset and frustrated I offered to trade my vehicle in. It’s paid off and was there at the service center already, so why not. I asked a sales person to go check it out for trade. I never got a call back on that, and never got quoted a new truck. They don’t greet you when you walk in. They’re extremely unfriendly, and it feels like you’re a burden rather than a valuable customer. I think it’s appropriate we keep in mind, we as consumers are doing them a favor by paying them for a service or for a product. They don’t direct you to your car when you check out, they hand you the keys and your left to wander the lot looking for your car yourself. Thank god for panic buttons. When I dropped my truck off the first time and went to pick it up, somehow the windshield had cracked. I claimed it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off, they claimed it was. In the end that’s my word against theirs I suppose. Needless to say I won’t be servicing any vehicles there or purchasing vehicles there. And I would highly recommend to my fellow Plymouth residents to stay away as well. Until they can demonstrate they’ve made significant strides in improving their customer experience. Which sincerely I hope they do. More

They had it almost 2 weeks to replace a radiator hose and did nothing to the transmission but drive it and tell me there was nothing wro overheating. They had it almost 2 weeks to replace a radiator hose and did nothing to the transmission but drive it and tell me there was nothing wrong. I have a Chrysler warranty so I have to go to a dealership for service but will never return here if I can help it. I'm just waiting for the transmission to fail again so I can be without my car another 2 weeks. More
