Transmission maintenance I brought my car in for transmission fluid flush. In the process of doing this the tech found several issues that needed attention. Since I was leavin I brought my car in for transmission fluid flush. In the process of doing this the tech found several issues that needed attention. Since I was leaving on a road trip soon I had the work done. They did expedite the necessary work. I had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation in December. It was very cold that night. My vehicle was done at the end of the day Thursday 1-31-2019, when I received the call from the service dept. that my vehicle was done. So when I came to pick up my vehicle the battery was dead, dealership got vehicle jumped and I was on my way. Service Tech. person needs to be aware of items on when locking vehicle at night. More

Ripped me off by $90 replacing one windshield Nozzle. When i asked to replacement of two windshield, he Initially told $ 75 for both. After one replaced and handover me and said that one bad and other on When i asked to replacement of two windshield, he Initially told $ 75 for both. After given jeep back to them to check again he came to me said said they had only one is stock which they already replaced. Told me to come back after part will arrive next week and going to charge me again. Thats means in they have only one part and lied to me. More
