If you like rude people, and don't mind waiting.... See Dick I must have wanted Dick Scott to service my 2017 RAM more then they did. It had (3) Recalls to be corrected, and drivers window needed to be put back on track. There was one other vehicle in the service area, and the owner was pacing. When I asked him how long he was waiting, he wasn't happy when he replied "Forever" There were three others there, but they were doing other things. So, I backed out and went to talk with my salesman who took care of me in 2017. He wasn't there, so I left my cell # to have Jason Scott call back. Jason Scott never called. They Lost $$$ Dave H. Great customer service as always! I am very pleased with the service provided on my 2012 Ram 1500 yesterday. Daryl was very professional with me. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that the car wash was out of service due to cold weather which you don't have control over. Keep up the great work and customer service. Bad customer response.. Called several times for a status report on my jeep but my calls went unanswered and straight to voice mail. Never once did I get a call back, after 2 hours i called back and finally i spoke to a advisor. I even left a message with a supervisor and did not receive a call back. Lastly, the invoice said that your service department will give a overall inspection go to find out my hack windshield wiper needed to be replaced but it was never mentioned too me for a new one. It would've been a nice if they would have ran my jeep though the washer. Definitely needs improvement! More

He called and said it was done and I could pick it up, if I could be there before closing. Upon arrival was directed to the cashier to pick up my keys. I went out looking for my vehicle, walked around the building and couldn't find my Jeep. I came back into service where Jason came over I said he would find it for me. It wasn't where the cashier thought it was supposed to be. Jason found it in the extreme rear of the lot behind the dealership. He apologized and again thanked me for bringing my vehicle to Dick Scott for the recall. Very nice young man. He also explained the front alignment service check in the service area when I asked what was going on with the equipment going on all the cars and truck. Even explained the alignment sheet and told me to keep it with my Jeep More

Toneau instalation Fast and reliable work. Did not take more than 20 minutes to do the installation. Only problem was that they forgot to remove the snow from the bed. Fast and reliable work.
