The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that the car wash was out of service due to cold weather which you don't have control over. Keep up the great work and customer service. He called and said it was done and I could pick it up, if I could be there before closing. Upon arrival was directed to the cashier to pick up my keys. I went out looking for my vehicle, walked around the building and couldn't find my Jeep. I came back into service where Jason came over I said he would find it for me. It wasn't where the cashier thought it was supposed to be. Jason found it in the extreme rear of the lot behind the dealership. He apologized and again thanked me for bringing my vehicle to Dick Scott for the recall. Very nice young man. He also explained the front alignment service check in the service area when I asked what was going on with the equipment going on all the cars and truck.
