Unfortunately the above is wholly untrue. The service center was made aware of the issues multiple times. This dealership was given multiple opportunities to rectify the concerns, and have never “reached out” to me. I cannot, in good conscience for the safety of those who ride in my car, allow Dick Scott to have a 4th chance. This matter is resolved.
