Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Taken back twice and still not fixed My radio/back up camera screen kept freezing up. I took it in and they "updated" it. I took it home and it continued to freeze up. I took it in again. My radio/back up camera screen kept freezing up. I took it in and they "updated" it. I took it home and it continued to freeze up. I took it in again. They "upadated" it again and said they ran the wrong update the first time. I took it home and the problem is worse- it freezes more often and now the whole screen goes blue. They claim they have ordered me a new radio but they say they "have NO IDEA when the new radio will arrive." The first time I took it in, I was told to make an early appointment to be sure it would be done on the same day. I took it in at 9:15 am- I did not hear back from any employee all day. I called at 7:00 pm and was told it hadn't even been looked at and I would not be getting my car back that day. Had I not called them, I'm not sure if I would have found this important information out. More

I travel from Walled Lake to this dealership because I don’t need an appointment for an oil change here. I was disappointed that the oil change guy didn’t replace my old sticker.
