No communication We took our 6 month old van in for service on 12/19/19. We were first told that it had bad wheel bearings and they were on backorder and they would le We took our 6 month old van in for service on 12/19/19. We were first told that it had bad wheel bearings and they were on backorder and they would let me know when they come in. A week later they call and say nothing is wrong with the bearings and its the transmission. They said they had to get the ok from Chrysler and let me know. Weeks go by and I hear nothing, I call and leave messages and still hear nothing, email my sales person and I finally get a call only to say still waiting. No call for another week or better so I call again and no call back. Someone finally calls on 2/6/20 says our van will be ready next week. Two weeks later 2/20/20 I leave another message that I have not heard anything and again no call back. On 2/26/20 I get a call saying the van is done. After having our van for over two months we pick it up and the engine light is on! Are you kidding me?? We just kept going and didn't take it back in. Bad service, bad communication. Very disappointed and this is our third van we have bought from this dealer. More

Service center has gone down hill Wait time and quality of work has notably decreased. Partially done I took my Pacifica in for several things. The GPS was fixed but the back up sensors were not. Since it took them a week to get the part for the GPS I took my Pacifica in for several things. The GPS was fixed but the back up sensors were not. Since it took them a week to get the part for the GPS I do not want to take it back just now. It took them 24 hours before they even looked at it. I understand this is not the service departments fault alone. Chrysler’s policies hinder much of the repairs. I tried to switch the satellite radio’s subscription over to mine but could not because when Chrysler refurbished the unit they did not cancel the old one. I called 2 weeks ago to have them correct it but still haven’t. Did I mention that this is the second time this unit has had to be replaced? They did get me a rental More
