Partially done I took my Pacifica in for several things. The GPS was fixed but the back up sensors were not. Since it took them a week to get the part for the GPS I took my Pacifica in for several things. The GPS was fixed but the back up sensors were not. Since it took them a week to get the part for the GPS I do not want to take it back just now. It took them 24 hours before they even looked at it. I understand this is not the service departments fault alone. Chrysler’s policies hinder much of the repairs. I tried to switch the satellite radio’s subscription over to mine but could not because when Chrysler refurbished the unit they did not cancel the old one. I called 2 weeks ago to have them correct it but still haven’t. Did I mention that this is the second time this unit has had to be replaced? They did get me a rental More
Totally incompetent service advisor and warranty manager brought my charger in at 35009 miles to have steering wheel replaced it took five months to get it when I brought my car in it had 40000 miles they t brought my charger in at 35009 miles to have steering wheel replaced it took five months to get it when I brought my car in it had 40000 miles they tried telling me it wasn’t covered under warranty when I complained they said they would honor it as goodwill when I went to pick up my vehicle they tried charging me 432 dollars also I had to take it in twice to get it fixed the first time I took it in they couldn’t fix it the second time I took it in first thing in the morning with an appointment and at 200 pm when I called them they said they couldn’t fix it today I went to pick it up then they they told me they would fix it after I said I would complain to the owner. I have bought many vehicles from the dealership and I have had many horrible experiences with the service department I’m taking my business to Fox HillsJeep. More

Taken back twice and still not fixed My radio/back up camera screen kept freezing up. I took it in and they "updated" it. I took it home and it continued to freeze up. I took it in again. They "upadated" it again and said they ran the wrong update the first time. I took it home and the problem is worse- it freezes more often and now the whole screen goes blue. They claim they have ordered me a new radio but they say they "have NO IDEA when the new radio will arrive." The first time I took it in, I was told to make an early appointment to be sure it would be done on the same day. I took it in at 9:15 am- I did not hear back from any employee all day. I called at 7:00 pm and was told it hadn't even been looked at and I would not be getting my car back that day. Had I not called them, I'm not sure if I would have found this important information out. More
