Misfire I have brought my 3 caravans to your dealership for over 20 years for service, Harley knew me well. I miss Harley, I am happy for him, but I wish he didn't have to retire! I purchased my current caravan from your dealership, new, in 2015. At the end of September 2019, I brought my car in for check ENGINE light and to have oil changed. They changed the oil, replaced spark plugs and gave it a tune up. The check engine light came back on within 2 days; so I took it back in October and had a laundry list of things done (gasket things, etc.). Well surprise, the light is back on in February 2020! Got a 2nd opinion, which told me to return it to the DEALER! Which brings me to Monday, March 2nd, they checked my vehicle in around 11 am - I called Jim today around 9 am, March 3rd, and he said I probably wouldn't have my vehicle back today either! I am still waiting for it to be evaluated today _ MARCH 3rd at 2:38 pm! Things were much better when HARLEY was there, it is a shame he retired. Very Unhappy! More

We were first told that it had bad wheel bearings and they were on backorder and they would let me know when they come in. A week later they call and say nothing is wrong with the bearings and its the transmission. They said they had to get the ok from Chrysler and let me know. Weeks go by and I hear nothing, I call and leave messages and still hear nothing, email my sales person and I finally get a call only to say still waiting. No call for another week or better so I call again and no call back. Someone finally calls on 2/6/20 says our van will be ready next week. Two weeks later 2/20/20 I leave another message that I have not heard anything and again no call back. On 2/26/20 I get a call saying the van is done. After having our van for over two months we pick it up and the engine light is on! Are you kidding me?? We just kept going and didn't take it back in. Bad service, bad communication. Very disappointed and this is our third van we have bought from this dealer. More

Service center has gone down hill Wait time and quality of work has notably decreased.
