Went in for an oil change. 3 hours later they give me my keys back. I’m no rocket scientist but I dont believe an oil change should take over an hour. I also asked if they could check why my power steering keys back. I’m no rocket scientist but I dont believe an oil change should take over an hour. I also asked if they could check why my power steering is out and my check engine light is on and they wanted to charge me 100 for each diagnostic check totaling 200 dollars to plug a computer in the car to check. I will never go here again. It is my opinion that they’re price gouging their customers. The woman that waited on me was very nice she tried to accommodate me to the best of her ability but I understand that she is only doing her job so my rating of this company is completely separate from my rating of her. More

Far worst than disappointed. Brought my 2018 Durango in for a few items. First, there was a shaking in the front end. It was found that 3 of the 4 tires had damaged belts at only Brought my 2018 Durango in for a few items. First, there was a shaking in the front end. It was found that 3 of the 4 tires had damaged belts at only 30K miles. The dealership offered zero help with mitigating the issue through the Bridgestone manufactures warranty, only offering to charge me $1800 for new tires. Belle Tire completed a tire inspection and concluded there was a manufactures defect with the tires, resulting in compensation back to me from Bridgestone. Second, had a turn signal LED light bulb changed and was charged for it, after it is clearly stated in the warranty that the part and labor is covered. Third, the problem of the radio turning on and off was never addressed. This service center was not only a complete waste of time, but they tried any way possible to charge you for warranted items. What a rip off. The level of incompetence in the service department is disturbing. Avoid this Dealership at all cost. More
