I was really impressed with the sales team, Jerry, Joe, and Domenic, helped me get the Jeep Compass I really wanted. I went in on a Monday, applied for a vehicle was told by salesperson Jason Bone I was approved.I was very excited, he showed me the vehicle breakdown, let me pick out a car and told me, I could finish the d salesperson Jason Bone I was approved.I was very excited, he showed me the vehicle breakdown, let me pick out a car and told me, I could finish the deal the following day with his supervisor; John, as he had a Dr.'s appt the next day and wouldn't be at work. I called his supervisor John M. Tuesday morning and was told "he" was working on my deal..well, he never called back and I never heard a word back, called the dealership a few times for a status update and was told, I THOUGHT John closed your deal Tuesday, I'll call you back..needless to say neither person called back This dealership ran my credit 12 times (AFTER I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO DO THAT if they couldn't help me). Then, after multiple calls. I was told by Jason, yeah, John should've told you...TOLD ME WHAT???? Well, that Danny, would call me back (as if I knew who Danny was)....of course he never called back either, So, in short, I feel lied to, deceived and certainly ignored and still really have no idea what happened here...other than I now have 12 inquiries on my credit, a seriously dropped score, no car, and not 1 call back..THANKS FOR BEING EVERYTHING YOU SAID YOU WEREN'T!!! More
