UPDATE #2: This has been a nightmare. My original phone call with someone who I thought was service but was really just a person that schedules told me the part for my window would be ove My original phone call with someone who I thought was service but was really just a person that schedules told me the part for my window would be overnighted. We took the van in (May 5th) and they were unable to fix the window and had to order the part with overnighting not an option. We took the car home 5/6. We were told the part would be in 5/16. I finally called 5/18 and they said the part would be in 5/25. Didn't hear back until 6/3. Took the van in 6/8 for service. Reached out in the afternoon to see if it was going to be ready that night and never heard back. Picked up the car 6/9, window fixed! 6/10 Automatic door on the side they fixed the window is now broken. ORIGINAL: I researched dealership all over Michigan to find the Pacifica I wanted. After find the one I liked at Dick Scott I read the reviews here and picked Jerry to be my salesman. Everything that has been mentioned about him in previous reviews was correct! Jerry knew that I had done my research and didn't try to sell me on a different vehicle or a more expensive one. He looked over the van with me, went on a drive with me, and ultimately left it up to me. When I say zero pressure, I mean zero. The reason that I am not giving 5 stars (and will update as needed) - I was told that there are 2 keys to the vehicle but upon purchase only 1 could be found. Jerry gave me his word that he will find the other key. Because of my other positive experiences with him I believe it. Once I got the van home I went to open the window in the back where the sticker had been. I didn't want to open while I drove the car since the sticker was there! Well, that window isn't working. This was literally yesterday so I'm hopeful that it will be fixed by the dealership in the coming week, however, it should not have been a problem in the first place. Either this foreshadowing what will be my future with this car (hope not) or the inspection was done properly. If you are doing a trade in make sure you do your research on your car's value so that when you are given an unfair initial number, you know it! Domenic agreed to the value that I wanted for my trade in but that was after the initial (way too low in my opinion) offer. Overall the experience was great. I had to expend my visit across 2 days since I was a little to close to closing time on day one and the deal couldn't get done. Day 2 I had my 3 kids with me and everyone was welcoming of my circus and did what they could to make sure that everyone happy. Jerry even offered to watch the kids while I signed the papers! UPDATE: The second key has been located and I will get it when the car goes in for service on the window next week. Jerry kept his word! But I had no doubts there :) More

The person I spoke to on the phone seemed to be trying not to laugh at me that they had stiffed me for the money! And the manager wasn't available and hasn't called back. BTW, these people won't accept a rating unless you click that you would recommend the service. I wouldn't! But I clicked it to warn you! And I didn't get the name of the person I spoke to, but they wouldn't let me post this without choosing someone. More
