Process was pretty simple, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Would have preferred better negotiation on the price. Actual release of the vehicle was subpar. I was really disappointed the cost of my car went up $200 per month from the time I ordered to when I received the car. The dealership was uncaring of this and not very customer focused.
