I'm updating my review due to the fact that I had outstanding service on my last visit to Dick Scott Dodge for an ongoing brake problem that I had multiple visits to the service department for. While it did take months before finally resolving the problem by replacing brake pads, rotors, and actually tearing apart the entire braking system to inspect it, clean it up including a little normal rust that was occuring, and putting it back together, I'm thrilled that this has finally been done and now my personal time won't be taken up so much by Dick Scott service time. I received top-notch service and now Dick Scott Dodge's service department is starting to get my trust back - thank you Joe! More
Was not happy with what I was originaly told by Darrell. That a previous repair done by Fox Hills and butchered was not of his concern. A $750. repair to fix their screwup was on Me. I think the service dept should have enitiated the call to Chrysler. Joe did just that and Chrysler picked up the repair. Thanks Joe. More
Took vehicle in for re-call on 2011 Dodge Ram. The service department took care of me and scheduled an appointment and resolved the problem. After leasing a Dodge Journey I expereienced two mechanical issues. The first was a "ticking" sound in the engine. After that, my vehicle developed a "squealing" noise. Joe and his staff kept me mechanical issues. The first was a "ticking" sound in the engine. After that, my vehicle developed a "squealing" noise. Joe and his staff kept me informed on the status of the work and also provided for a rental vehicle while my car was in for repair. The ticking noise required Joe and his staff to work in conjunction with the Chrysler engineers. Needless to say the vehicle could not be repaired the "same day" but was completed in a reasonable time frame when considering the nature of the repairs. There was a forty page bulletin in regard to the squealing noise my vehicle was making. I have not had a recurrence of either issue since receiving my vehicle back from the service department.(in late November). More
After having terrible luck with several salespeople/dealers many years ago, I stumbled upon Larry with Dick Scott. I let him know that I thought car salesman were shady & a dime a dozen. I told him if I thought he was not being fair or honest I would just go on down the road to the next dealer. (I wasn't very nice.) Larry accepted the challenge (me)& we have been together for 3 cars now. He has been honest, fair and friendly. I am a single Mom with 4 kids and am not the most car savvy person. Larry always listens to what I need/want and tries to make it happen. He genuinely makes me feel that it isn't ALL about making the sale. Even in this economy. He never seems to be annoyed even when I drag all of my monsters into the dealership with me. The whole office is geared towards customer satisfaction. That is painfully obvious by the stacks of letters from the staff inquiring if you are happy with the service provided. I have used the dealership for oil changes and warranty work. They are quick, polite and do quality work. Larry and the rest of the gang at Dick Scott Dodge are outstanding!! I would definitely not go to any other dealership. More
