They quoted me and I decided to go with most of the service (i.e. the required repair) and they weren't pushy about getting all of it done. The service was done in a couple of days and it looks great! Joe and another couple of employees made sure I was satisfied when I picked up my jeep and the bill/paperwork was very organized and all ready for me upon pick up and the invoice was presented in a nice folder. My jeep was detailed inside and I was provided a small sample of touch up paint, which was a very nice touch. I'd keep coming back with super service like I experienced this time! I did not purchase my PT Cruiser from Dick Scott. I was unhappy with the service at the dealership I purchased the car from and the next dealer I tried for service also. So, after several years (and 75,00 unhappy with the service at the dealership I purchased the car from and the next dealer I tried for service also. So, after several years (and 75,000 miles) with no service, I had some real issues that needed to be addressed. Checking the dealer reviews I saw a lot of satisfied responses from Dick Scott cutomers and I scheduled my work at the Plymouth Road dealership. Add me to the list of satisfied customers; their service department is fantastic. They provided a loaner for me to use. They completed the work on time. I knew in advance what the price would be. Everything they worked on is as it should be, it feels like I have a new car and it even came back clean. I would not consider going anywhere else for service for this vehicle. More
I came in to LOOK at a Jeep Compass and compare it to the Chevy Equinox. The first car I saw was the one I ended up with. It had everything I was looking for. I was uncertain if I could turn in my GM leased vehicle with a different company. Dan Hamblin took care of the whole deal! He was GREAT! I got a very fair price. I did not want to put any money down on the lease. Dan worked with his mgr. and worked up a deal that was within my budget. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He explained all the details to me, showed me the car, all it's options and how they worked. He took me over to the service dept. and introduced me to Harley Wood. Harley explained how the service dept. operated. Quite frankly, I am flabergasted that I drove home that night in a Jeep Compass!!! Service: When we take our vehicles in for service we deal with either Mike Torres or Darrell Scott. Both are great! The really listen to you & are extremely friendly. All of our service experiences have been great. I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else because of these two people. I love our new minivan and am happy that we purchased it from Dick Scott. I have called and left 2 messages for Antwone, both of which he did not return. The first message was to set up a date to have our m from Dick Scott. I have called and left 2 messages for Antwone, both of which he did not return. The first message was to set up a date to have our minivan polysteel protected (whatever it's called) and I had to call back another time to ask if he had received my message and set up a date. My second message was about our Satellite and our Navigation system. I left this message about 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a return call from Antwone. I am very disappointed and feel that all he cared about was making a sale. It is my experience that a good salesperson will be responsive to the customer's needs before, during and after a sale. This is how they get return customers and referrals from customers. While I will probably go back to Dick Scott to purchase another vehicle in the future, I will NOT return to the same salesperson, nor will I refer any friends of family to Antwone. More
