Daryl really went out of his way to get the parts and service performed within the day. I did not make an appointmnet - just dropped it off - yet he knew my busy schedule and was able to take care of service performed within the day. Not only was the customer service great - he was also able to fix a couple things on the car with no charge - simple fixes - but many places might charge some nominal fee. I really feel like I can trust these guys - they aren't looking to make every dollar they can -every time I come in. THat is the approcah that keeps me coming back. More
We go out of our way to have our car serviced at Dick Scott because of their friendly and helpful staff and the good quality of their work. We have Chrysler dealerships much closer to our home, but pref Scott because of their friendly and helpful staff and the good quality of their work. I came in because my personal mechanic told me that my passenger side break pad was metal on metal while the driver side was still in good condition and said I needed to have them replaced. Before I allowed him to replace them, I decided to take it to the dealership and complain about it because I had just bought the vehicle 2 months prior and wanted to know how it could pass inspection like that. Joe Prokes offered to completely inspect my breaks at no charge to find out what was going on and to find out where the source of the problem was. It turns out my mechanic was the source, he was trying to con me into doing a job that wasn't needed and despite my accusations, Darrel and the staff at your dealership were very kind to me and put my mind at ease that there was nothing wrong with my breaks. Needless to say, I've given my mechanic the boot! I was so greatful and appreciative for their thorough job, I've had breaks go out on me a couple times and at the worst times, while coming off expressway offramps! I'm already disabled, I don't care to make the situation worse. Darrel was so sweet, he even offered to wash my Jeep for me. Thank you so much again everyone! More
Allan was always less than cordial with me, never very helpful, and they could not find the problem with my Jeep after 2 visits, and I was still required to pay the $80 diagnoses fee...they didn't diagnos helpful, and they could not find the problem with my Jeep after 2 visits, and I was still required to pay the $80 diagnoses fee...they didn't diagnose anything. My husband has leased a Lexus RX350 for the last 6 years and Volvos before that. Along with Lexus he considered Cadillac SRX, Lincoln MKX, and the new Jeep GC this time. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and was asked how they could help me. I let them know what type of vehicle I was looking for and that I had already priced it out at another dealership. My husband recently turned in his leased 2008 Jeep Commander for a 2011 Jeep Liberty and Antwone again was awesome! The perception of purchasing a car from a dealership is usually not good; almost equal to the joy of having a root canal. Previous experiences made me feel like I was being taken advantage of from 'smooth talking' car salepeople. Now, we won't go anywhere else but to Dick Scott Dodge and Antwone Bedford to purchase or lease a vehicle. We get great service which includes not feeling like there were invisible ink clauses that we just signed our life away, to. These are fairly large purchases that you don't want buyers remorse as soon as you drive off the lot. We haven't had that feeling in a long time thanks to Dick Scott Dodge and Antwone. More
