I have leased Chrysler vehicles for 15 years and have never had a problem until coming to this dealership!! By far the best car buying experience yet. Easy to use website, where I was able to fill out the credit app to get the ball rolling. My overall experience at Dick Scott Dodge/Chrysler was very good. I did most of my purchase over the phone. One thing that I was disappointed on, was that when I picked up the car there was NO gas in th very good. I did most of my purchase over the phone. One thing that I was disappointed on, was that when I picked up the car there was NO gas in the car. I had to head straight to gas station. Although, I do understand that the car was transported from another dealer (about 2 hrs away). Please put some systems in place to make sure that at least there is a full tank of gas for customers buying a new car. More
I've had multiple experiences with the service department at Dick Scott Dodge and have never been satisfied. The service staff are not friendly, talk down to you, and do not communicate as experts. I have not learned anything about my vehicle issues, almost as if they don't want to give me information because I might take it elsewhere. I recently had my vehicle in for warranty for two separate issues: one was not fixed because they couldn't find it, the other not fixed because they had to order a part that would take two weeks to arrive. After returning once the part arrives, I don't plan to return to the service department. Any dealer will service my vehicle for warranty, and they might turn into my new dealer for my next purchase. I was looking to replace a Lincoln MKZ in which lease was up in 10 days. We had just left the Lincoln dealer and were on the way home when we saw Dick Scott Dodge. Since we had purchased 2 cars previously fr up in 10 days. We had just left the Lincoln dealer and were on the way home when we saw Dick Scott Dodge. Since we had purchased 2 cars previously from them we decided to stop in. I asked for Larry since he was our previous saleman. Larry greeted us warmly and suprisingly remembered our names from 3 years ago! We told him we were looking and asked what he suggested. We told him what options we needed and he brought out a Chrysler 300. We knew immediately this was the car we wanted. Perfect color, perfect options, perfect price. We bought that night. The whole sale was wrapped up in about 1 hour. Thanks Dick Scott and most importantly thanks Larry. In this day and age when people dread dealing with car salesmen this dealership is fantastic. They will definitely see us for future purchases.. More
Was able to pull right into the garage and Darrell greeted us right away. He quoted the job to take 40 minutes and our car was done in 40 minutes. Cashier was also very nice and very helpful. My car had to be towed from a local parking lot to Dick Scott. After being checked by your mechanic I was told the problem seemed to be with the fuel pump.
