Dan was wonderful dealing with. The mechanics are the ones I have a problem with. Brought car in for warning light coming on and car not excilerating properly. Mechanics couldn't find anything wrong and ones I have a problem with. Brought car in for warning light coming on and car not excilerating properly. Ran back into service department were Dan jumped right in, gave me rental and assured me they would fix it. Still waiting, and hoping. More
Very helpful. They told me they could fix my car in a couple of hours, and when I made the appointment, I was told it would take longer. They gave me a free rental for the inconvenience. Lindsey Burns was polite and helpful. Our total time at this dealership was spread over 2 days that totaled to about 2 hours! We would have completed everything in one day, but we wanted to 'sleep on it' f this dealership was spread over 2 days that totaled to about 2 hours! We would have completed everything in one day, but we wanted to 'sleep on it' for a night. When we returned the next day after making our decision, it took about 45 minutes to sign the paperwork, receive the keys and shake hands. There was no pressure from Lindsey or from the finance dept. They offered to sell us a service contract and explained what it was about, other than that, no pressure, no sales tactics and no fee's slipped into the paperwork last minute either. In a nutshell, the traditional car salesperson tactics were absent at Dick Scott. It is always a good idea to do your homework before making any big purchase, but we we're not rushed, hurried nor given the run around. More

I came in for an oil change, waited about an hour. I rated your service as good, everyone was friendly and the wait time was tollerable. I contacted this dealership hrough their web site because I had my oil changed 4 times since Februaury of 2012 and not one was I told I needed wipers blades which was clear.
