My wife and I visit with Jim Scales On Saturday Aug, 10th and returned Monday Aug. 12th and purchased a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. On Monday we completed the purchase in approximately 2 1/2 hour and returned Monday Aug. 12th and purchased a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The fleet manager, Randy May, was the main go to person that I dealt with. From our initial meeting I felt that he really had my best interests at heart. He was extremely knowledgable & courteous and too that I dealt with. From our initial meeting I felt that he really had my best interests at heart. He was extremely knowledgable & courteous and took the right amount of time with the whole transaction. I was treated with respect and integrity and never felt like the velvet sales hammer was going to drop. Far from it actually. Randy explained most all the features of the car i wanted to purchase during our "test drive". I was at ease from start to finish and overall he and the dealership gave me a new found respect for the auto dealership system. He was great, I would purchase from him again and i would refer anyone and everyone to Randy in the future. He is a keeper and thank you so much for everything!
