Dan and Jason took a horrible experience of shopping for new vehicle from a previous dealership which will remain nameless into a comfortable and calming joy that I did not think was possible when shoppin new vehicle from a previous dealership which will remain nameless into a comfortable and calming joy that I did not think was possible when shopping a new car. Dan took a step by step approach showing and operating each feature explaining the function. Jason took a step by step giving me a break down of the financing process. Took my car in for an oil change and the technician, Ryan, discovered a more serious issue. I'm so thankful that they have "lube techs" that do more than just rotate tires and perform oil changes. I had no idea that I was transporting my child around in an unsafe vehicle. Harley was wonderful in getting me the best deal possible for my repair and I really felt that he was in my corner. Eric performed the necessary repairs in a timely manner and I had my car back and on the road that same day. More
I came in because my brand new Town & Country had the airbag light going on and off. This was covered under warranty. However, when I was transferring my two car seats, diaper bag and brief case from m airbag light going on and off. This was covered under warranty. However, when I was transferring my two car seats, diaper bag and brief case from my vehicle to the loaner not one person offered to help me or to even get the door for me. There were about 3 people in the service area, none of them were assisting other customers and they all simply watched me as I struggled carrying all of the items from one vehicle to the other. To top it off the atmosphere in the service area was glum and no one had a smile or a friendly "Hello!" to spare. I won't be recommending this service department to anyone that I know. More
Seemingly my van may possibly infected with gremlins, hoping it is not a Lemon. I have 3 - 2013 Dodge Grand Caravans in NJ and none have had these issues, hoping for the best.
