We met Don Stockel and he did a terrific job of going over all the ins and outs of Jeeps and the technicalities of purchasing a new vehicle. He went the long mile to get her a vehicle that fit her desires. Jason Little was very helpful in handling the closing and explaining all the details. And Allie, at the cashier counter, was definitely a "spark plug" of energy and smiles for us. A very positive experience overall. More

I met with Dan Hamblin at Dick Scott and he had me drive several models of the Jeep. I loved the Cherokee Trailhawk, but wanted a BMW X3. After several days of decision making, overall Dan gave me the better price for a more equiped, and the perfect fun color Jeep ! I've driven past Dick Scott Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM for many years and never so much a stopped in to take a look even though I've purchased quite a fe I've driven past Dick Scott Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM for many years and never so much a stopped in to take a look even though I've purchased quite a few new and used cars during that time. Looked too small to provide any reasonable selection. This time around my wife said, "Let's stop real quick after lunch and just walk the lot." Dave (Hamel) eventually wandered out from the protective cover of the show room and asked if he could help us. I told him I was interested in the possibility of trading my 10th Anniversary Edition Dodge Grand Caravan in for a 30th Anniversary Edition of the same vehicle and that I preferred a white exterior, air conditioning and a moon roof. He laughed out loud and suspected that I really wanted a lot more than that. Suffice it to say that a good sense of humor all around, an extensive inventory to choose from, aggressive financing and friendly, hard working staff throughout were the deciding factors for us as we traded in both of our cars for two new Jeep Patriots. We had a great time! More

Not only did we choose a truck that my husband liked but it was just what we were looking for in the monthly payment. We had no idea, at that time, that we would drive away that evening in the new (used) truck. This is my husbands first experience with a truck and I think he's going to like it. Great Experience BUT ...I understand the Doc Fee of $75 is another way of boosting profits...for 10 minutes of typing the various forms. BUT WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND I was not given the chance to decline or told ahead of time, regarding theft guard @ $299 & wheel locks @ $71 only when I went to the dealer ship to pick up my Jeep was I informed while signing the purchase order & other paperwork. This was the only disappointing experience I received in buying my new Jeep at Dick Scott's in Plymouth. More
