I am wondering if re-man part was installed? Would bring an attorney to read all docs and understand Michigan law before service here. More

We were looking for a new mini-van as we were having problems with our old one. She listened to what we wanted, found the perfect vehicle on the lot, and we worked out a good price. We were very pleased with the entire car buying experience. We've also dealt with John Louis in the service department on a regular basis with our old van. While no one likes to be in for service very often, John is one of the only auto service professionals I have dealt with that made the experience pleasant. He is very friendly and helpful, gave us frequent updates, and made sure we were taken care of. More

Let me be clear in stating that my sales associate and the finance manager (Colleen Coleman) I dealt with was a pleasure. My contention is with the sales department, the management and specifically Joe Prokes. Please see the letter sent to him and other staff members below. It speaks volumes. I have yet to hear back from anyone in management that can help me. It was been WEEKS. The letter is as follows: Joe, I must start by saying I'm very disappointed that I have not received a call back from you, or anyone at the dealership for that matter, since I called and left messages about the van "wipedown" (I WILL NOT call it a detail) on Monday. Please find attached pictures of all the areas that were not even touched. This clean up job was completed in no more than 40 min. Trash and cleaning supplies were left in the car the seats were never vaccumed the seats are still covered it sticky gook the suede is still severely stained - specifically pointed out by me the third row was not even touched there's an oily overspray on EVERYTHING The roof was NOT EVEN WASHED none of the exterior black plastic was conditioned they DID NOT clay bar it - specifically mentioned multiple times they DID NOT hard wax it NONE of the fingerprints on the visors expressly pointed out by me, were addressed they didn't clean ANY doorjambs none of the cup holders were even wiped out not one bit of the center counsel was even touched no chrome was polished the engine bay was not touched This is all just to name a few. Please view the pictures (there will be another email to follow with additional photos). I hope the embarrassment of this experience helps your shop to step up its game. I'd would also like to offer my services as a consultant to run a weekend seminar on proper vehicle detailing protocol for you and your employees. Your team is in desperate need of it. The deal that was worked out with Chris was for a total price of $25k for the Van. I offered $24k as it sat, or $25k with new tires and a full detail by the time we pick it up and I present it to my wife. The latter was accepted. I've given your dealership the money ($17.5k in cash, upfront, in fact) but you have yet to deliver on the stipulation of a full detail. Not to mention NOTHING had been done on it when we came in accept delivery and that was extremely embarrassing to me because I trusted you and your dealership to deliver 100% of your end of the bargain. It has now been almost 2 full business weeks since we accepted delivery. It is clear that your department has neither the inclination, nor the capability to complete this task. Since this was a stipulation of the sale and you cannot follow through I will require the amount needed to take the Van to an automotive cleaning specialty shop to get this handled. Let me know the process to remedy the situation. I will expect a call back today.
