AVOID AT ALL COST BUYER BEWARE I had contacted Dick Scott’s used car division a couple of weeks ago in reference to a 2013 Charger R/T that had been on their website f BUYER BEWARE I had contacted Dick Scott’s used car division a couple of weeks ago in reference to a 2013 Charger R/T that had been on their website for almost three months. I was advised there is NO flexibility in the listed price. I contacted them again and spoke to Matt Gilbo who advised he could reduce the price but $100. He further stated there is a $234 documentation fee, $15 temporary plate fee and they would also collect 6% for the New York sales tax. I advised him that before I drive out to check the car out I would like him to carefully check the car out and let me know of any imperfections (dents, dings, scratched or ware). He stated he would check the car and call back. A couple of hours went by with no call so I reached out to him and he said the car had a couple of stone chips on the bumper and is otherwise in perfect condition. I advised Mr. Gilbo I would be there on Monday 8-24-15 at 9:15 AM. Mr. Gilbo stated he would have the car detailed and left inside for my wife and me to check out. The reason we were willing to travel for the car was we are replacing a loaded 2007 Charger R/T Road & Track and the vehicle at Dick Scott was the closest match we could find within 800 miles. On Sunday my wife and I made the 11 hour drive to Dick Scott and spent the night in order to make our 9:15 appointment. When we arrived at Dick Scott we were surprised to learn that Mr. Gilbo was not there. Another salesperson asked if she could help and we advised her of the appointment with Mr. Golbow and the distance we traveled and she said “That’s Matt I don’t know what to say” as she rolled her eyes. She offered to show use the vehicle which was still outside and never detailed. Walking up to the car I could see and obvious scratch on the right front fender. Upon closer inspection the right fender was about a ¼” higher than the hood. The interior of the car was dirty and when we started the car there was an engine tick. We were told not to worry about the tick, it was just the Hemi tick and they all have that. Disgusted, we still took it for a test drive, after all we did drive 11 hours to see it. Right away I noticed a wheel hop from the right front tire. When we returned we were greeted by Mr. Gilbo who never apologized or offered an excuse for being 45 minutes late. When we asked Mr. Gilbo about the issues with the car and why he did not disclose same prior to our 11 hour trip he replied the car is perfect, it was checked out by the dealership. Needless to say we left and journeyed home. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE SHADEY SALESPOEPLE. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. More

Given that I have been in the market a month prior to visiting Dick Scott in Plymouth , MI , I had a thorough and well thought out expectation of what I was looking for in a vehicle . I researched the challenger I was in the market for and came across Dick Scott online , the online response to my inquiry was very prompt and led me to Dan Hamblin . Dan Hamblin was very transparent and thorough. He was also very patient and a great listener . Given that I was looking for the right vehicle for the right price, Dan explored "all" options with me in regards to current promotions , rates and banks that could possibly be a best fit ! Dan was awesome ! After my experience with Dan , Eric was awesome sealing the deal . He was also very authentic , patient and expedient . Today's lesson, follow through! Best car buying experience in the twenty years that I've been buying new cars. Eric Roundy and Joe Rossi exceeded all possible expectations. After an email to the dealership went without a response, Eric jumped in and handled my account personally (I'd hate to be the salesperson who forgot to call me back, he lost a sale that took about two hours total to complete). Eric got me a great deal on my trade in, and assigned Joe Rossi to finish up the job picking out the perfect vehicle. To top it off, I realized that I was going to be late to my son's baseball game, so Joe personally delivered the car to my home and picked up the trade in the next day, a Saturday morning! This is the kind of service that I wasn't sure existed in auto sales any more. I am glad to be wrong. My family, extended family, and my entire social media network will hear about how Eric and Joe turned what was almost a negative experience into the best car buying experience I'd ever had. Oh, and by the way, I love the truck. :) More
Cars advertised on Autotrader not available when you call. Non Stop Solicitation to buy back my Mini Van I am actually very very disgusted with this dealership in the fact I get frequent mailings and frequent phone calls from them asking to buy back my wi I am actually very very disgusted with this dealership in the fact I get frequent mailings and frequent phone calls from them asking to buy back my wife's mini van. They want us to sell it back to them so they can resell it as there is a high demand for used mini vans. I have asked this company on several times to not call me or mail me but they constantly do. I have since bought 2 other vehicles from another dealer. I will not utilize this dealer again !!!! More

He showed us the three vehicles that we were trying to choose between without any bias or pushing us toward the most expensive. Although he did show us some top end choices, we didn't feel uncomfortable about it. Larry listened to our concerns about what we wanted, and what we needed, and helped us find the right vehicle. Once we made our choice he was very efficient with the paperwork and made us feel at ease about it, We never once felt pressured or pushed and the financing went quickly as well. Jason Little did the financing paperwork with us and again we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything went without us feeling rushed (we even started the paperwork shortly before close on a Saturday and neither Larry or Jason made us feel bad about that!) Overall, our first time leasing was fantastic! We were completely satisfied and thought our experience was excellent! We would highly recommend Larry Welsh as a salesperson. More

I was told they couldn't wash the car because a a chip in the window, but the chip was so minor it was a joke. they tired to add on extra work even they it was not needed, They exemplified every reason you avoid a dealer, Go to an oil change place that wont want to rework your entire car for nothing. Owners of this business should take note just because you are a dealer does not mean you dont have to provide customer service or quality work. BBB should look into their practices More
